The apartment, located at the back of the property, is approximately 68 square meters in size and has laminate flooring throughout.
The large living room features a sofa, an armchair, and a side table, as well as a 32-inch HD TV, a radio/CD player, and Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. Dishes, pots, pans, and glasses are also provided. A dining table with four chairs is available.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two of which are single rooms and one is a double room. The rooms are equipped with ample storage space (chests of drawers, wardrobe).
The brightly tiled bathroom has a large mirror cabinet providing ample storage space, a toilet, and a shower.
In about a 1-minute walk, you’ll reach the lovely Baltic Sea beach with its beautiful promenade. Tennis courts, a mini-golf course, restaurants, and shopping, as well as doctors’ offices and a pharmacy, are all within about a 3-minute walk.
A parking space is available at the house for your car.
