Bright and open, this amazing studio is presented by at the Belltown Court Condos and super close to everything Seattle has to offer. Inside, you'll love the living room's welcoming atmosphere, its attractive furniture and wall art, and the abundance of natural light cascading in through the sliding glass door overlooking the Seattle cityscape. You'll even have a private Juliet balcony with views of the Seattle cityscape.



The Space:

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need, from appliances to cookware, to get creative with tonight's homemade meal, and you'll even have a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. Don't forget: this building provides lots of shared amenities that you're going to love, such as a heated indoor swimming pool and hot tub on the third floor, a fitness center, and a roof terrace where you can enjoy spectacular views of Elliott Bay while entertaining guests with al-fresco meals and stiff cocktails.

Right in the heart of Belltown, this home is perfectly situated to enjoy everything downtown Seattle offers. Take a walk to explore Pike Place Market, Seattle Center, and the shopping district near Westlake Center and Pacific Place and, of course, the Space Needle. Be sure to check out the local nightlife by visiting local restaurants and bars like Queen City, Le Pichet, and Matt's in the Market. You'll also be just four blocks from the waterfront Olympic Sculpture Park with miles of bayfront paths to bike and scooter along.

You can't beat this location. It was the perfect place to stay for a first time stay in Seattle. There are great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars all within a few blocks. The apartment was clean and had great amenities - a gym, pool, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and parking.

Great place

If you’re in Seattle, this property is a no brainer. Close to all the major attractions, a great selection of restaurants and nice view of the city. Randy is such a nice host and very accommodating

Very nice property close to virtually everything popular and with a nice skyline view of the city. It fit the 3 of us very comfortably and would stay here again the next time I visit Seattle. We met Randy on site and he is a true gentleman and communicates well.

The location, price and comfort of the property were all excellent. Good communication with the contractor who met us and oriented us to the property. Secure parking in the building was a great bonus. We will definitely book this condo in future visits to Seattle.

Truly great for single or couple stays. If you want to experience the main attractions of the city of Seattle this is the perfect location. Basically within a 20 minute walk of the Pike Place Market, The Space Needle, and countless other great restaurants to eat at. Would recommend!

Room was clean, great access to downtown. Perfect spot to be in if you are looking to be within walking distance of pikes place and still have bar/food options outside of it. The street it is on is very clean, everyone is very friendly. There are some homeless people (not many) who would wander around a few blocks down, but if you take an immediate turn onto first street and walk towards pike place on that route, it is much calmer, and smells a lot better. I would definitely stay again, only thing I can say about the room is that it could benefit from a little portable AC unit.

Great little unit with cooking facilities and access to gym and pool. Really handy location with easy walk to Pike Place one way and Chihuly Glass and Garden, Space Needle and MoPop the other way. Lots of restaurants nearby, too.

Great location

We were very pleased with our short stay. The space was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and we were able to walk to all the local attractions, as well as lots of close by dining.

Great location!

Really enjoyed the location - close to everything! Lots of yummy restaurants nearby. Parking was a bit tight but felt secure. Only had 3 towels for 4 people so extra towels had to be delivered the next day. Very comfortable accommodation.

Check-in was challenging. The greeter reached out about a week before my trip. But for some reason I never received another text from her. I was getting texts from Vacasa so I responded to them and even let them know we would be earlier than anticipated on the day of check-in. I assumed they had contact with the greeter. They did not. So it took about 45 minutes to connect with the greeter. That’s what this building requires. Once we connected with the greeter, she showed me the texted she sent to me but I hadn’t received any of them. There should probably be a more streamlined way to do the check-in. That being said, security is paramount at this property so we felt very safe and is in a great location near pike place market and restaurants. The washer and dryer were very old and not well maintained, in my opinion. The washer did not work well and it took three attempts of running a load to get clothes semi-clean. It ran one cycle without any water. The dryer took forever. I stopped it at one point and the lint trap looked like it had never been cleaned. I cleaned both the mesh and what I could reach in the machine but I’m sure there was more in there. The use of the washer and dryer was the main reason I booked this apartment since we did not have one on the rest of our trip. Other than the check-in confusion and the washer/dryer, I would stay here again for the secure parking, secure building, and location.

Vacation in Seattle

We had a great time at this property. It was perfect for 4 of us on a girls' trip. Doug was amazing at check-in even helped us navigate to the parking location. It was super clean, super nice and super convenient. I would definitely stay here again.
