Caught, Hook, line and sleeper

Great 3b/2b rental accommodating 4 adults and 2 children. Conveniently located between Rockport and Aransas Pass making Port-A and Rockport beaches easily accessible. The Fulton Mansion, Maritime museum, art galleries, Rockport Rookery but watching, fishing, and many other local attractions make this home a perfect place to stay

Property was very clean & easy to access. Property had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. I would definitely book this house again.

We loved our stay! The house is clean and so so cute. We appreciated the laundry room!!! We enjoyed the yard and the pool. Everything we needed was on site. 10/10 would stay here again.

Weekend getaway!

We loved the location, the parking for our boat, and vehicles was great. The home had everything we could need. The Grill worked perfectly, and we would for sure stay again!

Very nice stay

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was fantastic—close to the ferry while still being just minutes from all the great restaurants, shops, and attractions that Rockport has to offer. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The only thing I would mention is the mosquitoes. They are absolutely everywhere and are much larger than what we're used to. You'll likely find some inside the home, and they can quickly fill up your car while you're loading and unloading. If you're planning to spend time outdoors, definitely come prepared with bug spray and other mosquito protection. That said, the mosquitoes seem to be more of an area issue than a property issue. Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Family trip before school

The house was very clean and new, had everything we needed. Very close to the community pool and local stores, short drive to Fulton Fishing pier. My husband and I definitely want to save this location for future trips.

Exeeded all expectaions

The house was beautiful and in a great area. Close enough to everything and accommodating as well. Great for a family gathering or a weekend to connect with old friends. Location has a community pool, which was perfect for days we didn't want to go to the beach. Host was kind and communicated everything you needed to know efficiently. I cannot recommend this place enough. Book now.

Perfect relaxation

This home has something for everyone. Want to read? Great book selection. My kiddos played a lot of the games. I like to relax and crochet and got almost 2 projects done. All beds are comfortable. We look forward to staying again!!!

Clean place, loud community

Overall, the house itself was very easy to find, clean and had mostly everything we needed. The pool was great for small children too! I really appreciated the communication throughout the visit as well. Vacasa has a very quick response time within their customer service.I do want to make future travelers aware of our experience within the community. We had a really big issue with several of the surrounding neighbors playing their music so loud beyond the noise ordinance, and having several parties throughout the day and night. This would be a great place for a friend gathering but if you have small children or are a light/medium sleeper, I would find another place to stay. It’s just not worth it. Unfortunately even our sound machine couldn’t drown it out. In addition, there was almost always a vehicle in our driveway (not ours) when we would get back from the beach or dinner. I always had to ask the driver to move it, but it was a little bit uncomfortable as a patron of the rental. I wish I could say we had a better experience because the house and community has the potential for sure!
