One bedroom includes a king bed and private beverage station with a mini refrigerator, sink, and coffee maker, creating a comfortable setup for couples, families, or small groups.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, in-unit laundry, and furnished balconies. Guests may also use the Village House elevator, outdoor guest parking, and nearby beach access. The community pool is directly across Wimbledon Court from the Village House building on the Port Royal Golf Course side. From the main lobby entrance, exit the building, cross Wimbledon Court, and you will find the pool area just across the street, approximately a one-minute walk. The covered garage, owner-reserved parking, and any locked owner storage areas are not available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

Village House is in Hilton Head’s desirable Port Royal/Folly Field area, near the Westin and Marriott resorts. The closest beach access is Islanders Beach Park at 94 Folly Field Road, just across Folly Field Road from Village House. The park provides a boardwalk leading to the beach, along with restrooms and outdoor showers. Golf, bike paths, dining, and shopping are also nearby.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy by car, bike, or on foot. The beach is accessible via nearby Islanders Beach Park at 94 Folly Field Road, and the area connects to Hilton Head’s extensive network of paved bike and leisure paths. The Westin and Marriott’s Barony Beach Club are also nearby. A car is recommended for exploring restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and attractions across the island, while rideshare services are also available.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that Village House is a condominium community, so guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and follow all posted community rules. Parking is permitted only in the outdoor guest parking areas; the covered garage is reserved for owners, and unauthorized vehicles may be fined or towed. The community pool is shared with other residents and guests. Beach access is nearby via Islanders Beach Park.
