The apartment is about 38 square meters, renovated, modernly furnished and has a separate bedroom. The first floor apartment is completely tiled. In the shower room, the shower is barrier-free, and there is also a mirror cabinet for enough storage space. In the living room there is a 2-seater sofa with side table and a dining table with chairs. TV, radio-CD player, Wi-Fi.
The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-plate ceramic hob and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. A microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, dishes, pots, pan and glasses are also included. In the bedroom there is a large double bed and a wardrobe. The bed has comfort height.
The apartment has an external shutter in the bedroom.
The large terrace is surrounded by a fence and is therefore very suitable for dogs.
In about 1 minute walk you are on the fine Baltic Sea beach with its promenade and tennis courts. Restaurants, shops and a mini golf course are also in the immediate vicinity. The nearest shops (bakery, Edeka, etc.) as well as doctors and a pharmacy are only about 3 minutes walk away. A parking space is available for your car at the house.

Babies and children also count as persons. Pets are subject to a fee and must be specified at the time of booking. Additional guests or pets are only allowed by prior arrangement and confirmation.
