The light-filled and spacious living/dining room, featuring an open, American-style kitchen, is located on the first floor of the two-family home. At a large dining table, you can enjoy delicious meals together and long game nights. In the comfortable sofa area, you can spend relaxing evenings watching TV or watching DVDs. From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious balcony, which features a large dining table and two benches. Two lounge chairs invite you to sunbathe. The entryway, featuring a coat closet and a large mirror, two bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and closets, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub, are also located on the first floor.
