Enjoy a vacation with a great beach, wonderful scenery, and a beautiful setting.

The owner offers vacationers 1 vacation home (Berry) and 2 apartments (Jaco and Kyra) for booking. Bed linens and towels can be added to your booking. One dog is allowed in the apartments, but not in the vacation home.

There is a laundry room with a washing machine, which can be used by arrangement with the owner. The landlord will inform guests of the associated costs on site.

Location

The vacation home is located just a few meters from the promenade and the long, beautiful sandy beach of Lubmin. It is situated between Dünenstrasse and the traffic-free beach promenade. The nearest major town is Greifswald.

The vacation home was opened in spring 2013 following aand renovation in the spring of 2013 and is located just 100 meters from the beach. The owners live next door.

The vacation home is comfortably and modernly furnished. It features a pleasant ceiling height on the first floor, as well as an open-concept living and kitchen area with a generously sized adjoining bedroom. The house feels very bright, inviting, and welcoming. Upstairs, there is a sleeping loft for 4 people; the ceiling height starts at 1.80 meters and slopes downward. A free parking space is located right next to the vacation home.
