The 100-square-meter vacation rental is located in an old farmhouse in the Inn Valley. The apartment is situated in a very quiet, rural setting and is 3 km from Rott am Inn.

The apartment is on the first floor and is wheelchair-accessible except for two steps.
The large open space offers plenty of room and comfort with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, and a spacious couch area. A pellet stove provides cozy warmth. The couch can also be used as a sleeper sofa.
In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with seating for relaxing.
The bedroom features a large double bed and a spacious closet. A toddler bed can be provided. The room can be completely darkened.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, heated floor and towel rack, toilet, and sink. A washing machine is available.

The apartment is a great starting point for excursions to the Chiemgau region and Lake Chiemsee (20 km), to Wasserburg am Inn with its historic old town (15 km), to Rosenheim (17 km), or to the mountains. Day trips to Munich or Salzburg are also great options.
A very beautiful swimming lake, the “Rotter Ausee,” is within walking distance (1.4 km).
The Inn Cycle Path, which runs from the Engadin to Passau, passes almost right by the house (Inn Cycle Path) (200 m).
The town of Rott am Inn is known for its beautiful Rococo church. Here you’ll also find a bakery, a butcher, a supermarket, and a liquor store, as well as nice restaurants and cafes.
