We built this vacation rental from scratch in 2024 and furnished it tastefully with great attention to detail. It features free fiber-optic Wi-Fi and one bedroom with a 1.40-meter-wide box-spring bed in a Scandinavian style. The living and dining area features a spacious sofa that converts into a very comfortable 1.50 m wide sleeping area (with a slatted frame) and a flat-screen TV. The dining area consists of a round wooden table with unique designer chairs. An open passageway leads to the spacious, modern kitchen, furnished in a Mediterranean style, featuring a stove, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all the kitchen utensils you’ll need, as well as a washer and dryer. The bathroom, with its floor-to-ceiling shower and unique design, makes you feel right at home. Towels, a hair dryer, toiletries, and bed linens are provided.
The lush, green garden features a covered swimming pool (May–September), two areas with lounge chairs and a parasol, a barbecue area, a loggia, and an outdoor hot tub (year-round) with a changing room, as well as a cozy seating area with a gazebo.
There is a parking space on the property, and additional parking is available in front of the house.
Additionally, there is another apartment on the upper floor for 2–4 people, which can be rented separately from the main house. It features 2 separate bedrooms, also furnished to a high standard.
We live in the same house, and I’m available at any time. If you have any questions, we’re happy to help:
Day trips to nearby attractions—such as the Franconian Lake District, Schwarzach Gorge, Jägersee, the Franconian Dune Trail, stalactite caves, climbing parks, wildlife enclosures, castles, and ruins—or to one of the many horseback riding stables are fun for all ages.
Nuremberg also has a lot to offer, such as a visit to the Imperial Castle, the Documentation Center, the Toy Museum, a ride on the tourist train through Nuremberg, or the Palm Beach water park, Playmobil FunPark, and the zoo, as well as events like the Bardentreffen, Klassig Open, or the oldest Christmas market.
For questions, tips, and information, I’m usually available in person or at least by phone at
We look forward to seeing you.
Best regards, Liz and Milad
Despite the quiet location, you’ll find excellent transportation connections: Nuremberg and Neumarkt are both just a 15-minute drive away. The S-Bahn is a 5-minute walk away—so whether you’re visiting the trade fair or strolling through the city, everything is possible without much driving, if you prefer. We’d be happy to help you plan your day or arrange a shuttle to the Nuremberg Trade Fair (15 minutes), the airport (30 minutes), or other destinations. Nuremberg is just a half-hour drive away; Munich is 1.5 hours by car, and the medieval town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber is just 1 hour away.
