Kleine Schwalbe WE 18: modern 2-room apartment close to the beach

This beachfront, cozy, and modern (completely modernized and renovated in spring 2021) two-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) on the second floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All rooms in the apartment have tile floors; the bedroom has vinyl flooring.

The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 3 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable pull-out (sleeper) couch, 2 armchairs and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, a sideboard, and various shelves and cabinets.

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a radio, a CD player, and a small selection of board games. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, features a fully equipped modern kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet.

The modern bathroom features a low-entry glass shower, a sink, a toilet, and a bathroom cabinet with ample storage space.

The apartment also includes a small storage room with a coat rack, mirror, and a small shoe cabinet—you can also store your suitcases and other luggage here.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located on the same floor outside the apartment and can be used by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment, located right behind the building.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
