Haus Kühlung apartment 3: 2-room apartment close to the beach with sheltered terrace

This cozy 2-room apartment (approx. 39 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The apartment has tile floors throughout.

The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 3 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The cozy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable pull-out (sleeper) couch and coffee table, 2 comfortable wicker armchairs, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, a sideboard, and 2 dressers. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 6 m² sunny terrace (facing southwest) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV and a mini stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, exhaust fan, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, a spacious closet, a linen chest, and a wall-mounted coat rack. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third person.

The modern bathroom features a shower, a sink with a large vanity and a large wall mirror, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, a toilet, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the large wall-mounted coat rack in the bedroom.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your vacation rental (approx. 150 m) for washing your vacation clothes.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment directly behind the house; your bicycles can be parked behind the house. If you don’t bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your apartment complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment—please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
