Our house is located in the middle of intact nature on a sunny plateau above Karlstein with a view of Bad Reichenhall and the surrounding mountains. The house is surrounded by lush meadows and forests without street noise and hustle and bustle. A charming large garden is available to all our guests. Our 4 holiday apartments and 2 apartments are all equipped with a complete kitchen, bath/shower and WC, TV, radio and telephone. A spacious, lovingly designed lounge with tiled stove is there for everyone. From the Brucknerbauer you have an ideal starting point for long hikes and walks in the magnificent mountains. Just a stone's throw away you can visit the famous "Pankraz-Kircherl" with a magnificent view of Bad Reichenhall. The well-known and popular bathing lake "Thumsee" takes no more than 10 minutes to walk. The RupertusTherme can be reached in about 3 km. Plenty of parking spaces are available. Wellness: sauna, solarium.
Welcome to our cosy holiday apartment in country house style with a fantastic panoramic view over Bad Reichenhall and the magnificent mountains. The apartment has a kitchen-living room, a dining area and a kitchenette. In the separate bedroom there are two single beds available, which can also be used as a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the bedroom. The downtown is only 5 minutes away by car. Our farm is located at an altitude of 600 metres and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with floral decorations and sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.
