In the center of the small and idyllic town of Neuharlingersiel, very close to the fishing harbor and also near the sandy beach, you, our dear guests, will find “Haus Hafenromantik.” All vacation rentals and apartments at “Haus Hafenromantik” were completely renovated in 2013. The North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel is located directly on the unique natural wonder that is the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park,” a “UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site” since 2009.

“Haus Hafenromantik” is located in a very quiet and highly desirable residential area of Neuharlingersiel and is an oasis of peace and relaxation for your especially wonderful vacation! All of Neuharlingersiel’s tourist attractions—and there are quite a few—are also just a few meters’ walk away.

Our vacation apartments range in size from 36 to 60 square meters, are cozily furnished, and comfortably equipped. The 13 apartments and vacation rentals each feature a living area—sometimes with an integrated kitchen, sometimes with a separate one, but always fully equipped—as well as one or two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Most of the apartments and vacation rentals feature terraces or balconies.
It’s only about 150 meters to the beautiful historic fishing boat harbor, and just a few meters further on are the beach, the saltwater indoor pool, and other tourist facilities right behind the dike. And on the other side of the dike, beyond the swimming beach, lies the North Sea—sometimes calm, sometimes turbulent, but always fascinating: this is where the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park” begins.

The North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel is situated right in the middle of the East Frisian North Sea coast, across from the island of Spiekeroog on the mainland. Neuharlingersiel is a 300-year-old fishing village with an active fleet of crab boats. In the beautiful historic harbor, East Frisian fishing is still actively practiced today by many crab boats.

While you enjoy your well-deserved vacation, the shrimp fishermen set out for you from the old and picturesque Neuharlingersiel fishing harbor into the North Sea. There, the fishermen harvest the seafood that you’ll get to enjoy later. You can find them in many lovely, welcoming restaurants in Neuharlingersiel, including some right on the historic fishing boat harbor.

There’s a wide range of tourist attractions for your vacation: the beach with the fantastic “Platschi” water play area, the new, modern “BadeWerk” spa and wellness center with a seawater indoor pool and sauna facilities, as well as the Kurhaus, Kursaal, and information center with the “Leuchttürmchen” children’s playhouse, the Sielhof as the “Guest House,” green spaces, events, a lovingly maintained historic harbor, and of course the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park” with its unique natural spectacle—as well as many other attractions.
