Our "Koggen" are detached cottages with two terraces, ideal for your Baltic Sea vacation for up to 4 people. On the first floor, you’ll find the open-concept kitchen with a dining area and the cozy living area with a wood-burning stove. The stove ensures cozy moments with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove. From the dining area, you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. A bedroom with a double bed (2x 80 cm x 200 cm), as well as the bathroom with a whirlpool tub and sauna, are also located on the first floor. The comfort of having a private sauna is highly appreciated by our winter guests. A private washing machine is also part of the upscale amenities. A second bedroom with a double bed (2x 80 cm x 200 cm) is located on the first floor, overlooking the Baltic Sea, and features a separate shower room. Waking up to a view of the sea—what more could you ask for?
Heating is provided by electric heaters and the fireplace.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

You may bring up to two dogs for a fee, provided you register them in advance.

Electricity is currently billed based on usage at a rate of €0.60/kWh.

Strandpark Sierksdorf is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and combines the special atmosphere of a Scandinavian-style vacation home community with its close proximity to the Baltic Sea. The distinctive vacation homes and apartments are spread out between the coast and Hansa-Park and offer the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation in every season—from family vacations in the summer to a cozy getaway by the fireplace during the cooler months.

The Baltic Sea beach is within walking distance and can be reached without crossing any public roads. The gently sloping section of the beach offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. For guests with dogs, a separate dog beach is available a short distance from the main beach. The promenade and the adjacent path along the Sierksdorf cliffs invite you to take long walks. Guests can also access Hansa-Park directly from the beach park via a private entrance connected by a bridge—a real highlight, especially for families.

The accommodations are modern and comfortably furnished and, depending on the type of house, feature amenities such as a fireplace or pellet stove and a private terrace or balcony. Barbecues are permitted only on the lawn. A parking space is included with each accommodation. All vacation rentals are non-smoking.

A security deposit is required for stays at the Strandpark. This deposit also serves as an advance payment for electricity costs, which are billed individually based on actual consumption. For electric vehicles, four EV charging stations with a total of eight charging points and a charging capacity of up to 22 kW are available in the public area.
