Our quiet, newly renovated house is located in the beautiful village of Stanggaß, which offers a stunning panoramic view of the Berchtesgaden Alps. The apartments are located on the first floor (80 m²) and in the attic (50 m²). Its proximity to the historic town of Berchtesgaden and the surrounding attractions makes it an ideal starting point for all kinds of excursions. (Cycling, hiking, Kehlsteinhaus, Königssee, Hintersee, Zauberwald, Salzburg—to name just a few.) The nearest bus stop is about a 3-minute walk from the house. Public transportation is available free of charge with the guest card. Parking is available right next to the house.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
The open-concept living area features a large panoramic window offering a breathtaking view of the Berchtesgaden Alps. You’ll also find cozy seating in the living area, a corner bench in the dining area, and a counter with two bar stools across from the kitchen.
The two separate bedrooms can accommodate up to 5 people.
The first bedroom has a double bed.
The second bedroom is equipped with three full-size beds, two of which are bunk beds.
A separate closet provides space for shoes, jackets, suitcases, etc.
There is ample space for bikes and skis under the carport in front of the front door.
On the south and west sides, there is a large balcony offering a magnificent view of the Berchtesgaden Alps, including the legendary Watzmann.
The parking space right next to the house is available to you free of charge.
The town of Berchtesgaden is about a 40-minute walk away.
The nearest bus stop is no more than a 3-minute walk from the house. From there, you can reach all the sights by bus. The bus is free for you with your guest card.
Nestled in the Berchtesgaden Alps, the Stanggaß offers you an ideal starting point for all your excursions. The historic town of Berchtesgaden, within walking distance, is just as worth a visit as nearby Salzburg with its numerous attractions. Königssee, the Kehlsteinhaus, the salt mine, Hintersee, and numerous mountain peaks and gorges are all worth exploring. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping options in the town of Berchtesgaden, as well as in Salzburg and the surrounding area.
