Entryway/Hallway:
Here you’ll find a freestanding coat rack for your jackets, a mirror and a sideboard, indoor slippers, a storage niche with the most common cleaning supplies, an ironing board, a clothes dryer, an iron, a first-aid kit, and a shoe rack for wet shoes.
Living Area:
A cozy couch with an ottoman invites you to relax after an eventful day—whether by reading, listening to music (Bluetooth-enabled DAB radio), watching TV (flat-screen smart TV), or planning for the next day. We’ve provided a variety of informational materials about Marburg and the surrounding area in our display cabinet for your use. Please help yourself.
Kitchenette:
Our modern built-in kitchen features a glass-ceramic stove with an exhaust hood, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and various small appliances (Senseo coffee pod machine, espresso machine, WMF toaster, - electric kettle, - coffee maker). Pots, pans, cutting boards.
Dining area:
Here, two people can enjoy a cozy meal. It gets a bit cozy with guests, but you should still be able to grab a bite to eat with a glass of wine. Placemats, dishes, silverware, and glasses for wine, water, juice, wheat beer, and sparkling wine can be found in the sideboard against the wall.
Bedroom:
The separate bedroom features a comfortable bed (1.40 x 2.00 m—without a footboard), a wardrobe, and a full-length mirror, nightstands, an alarm clock with radio-controlled time, and reading lamps that can be switched on and off separately. We provide extra-large blankets (2.20 m long) free of charge upon request.
Bathroom:
The newly renovated bathroom features a sink, a wall-mounted toilet, a full-glass shower, and a heated towel rack. We’ve placed a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink for your use. You’ll find towels in various sizes in the bathroom cabinet.
Guest Restroom:
Equipped with a hand-washing sink, toilet (due to structural constraints, the seat height is slightly lower than usual), and an urinal.
Outdoor Area:
From spring through fall, our windows are fitted with fly screens, ensuring you can sleep as mosquito-free as possible. In the summer, you’re welcome to enjoy the evening on a small outdoor patio. We’ll of course have garden furniture and a parasol ready for you.
Parking:
You’re welcome to store any bicycles you bring with you in our bike garage; we provide a free parking spot in front of the apartment for your car or motorcycle.
Washing Machine/Dryer Room:
For quick laundry in between, we have a washing machine and dryer in the boiler room available for our guests to use free of charge. Please follow the operating instructions.

No matter what brings you to us—whether it’s a vacation, business, visiting relatives, or an appointment at the university hospital: with our four DTV-certified **** vacation apartments, we’d like to offer you a smoke-free temporary home that provides modern comforts and excellent transportation connections, all without sacrificing peace and quiet. Free parking spaces are available right next to the building, as well as two wall boxes for affordable charging of your electric car. You’re welcome to store any bicycles you bring with you in our bike garage.
In addition, we’re within walking distance of the public transit network, the Lahn Bike Trail, and numerous local amenities. By train, for example, you can reach Marburg Central Station in just 5 minutes. From there, you have direct bus connections to the hospitals and research institutes on the Lahnbergen, the Behringwerke Industrial Park, and, of course, the ideal starting point for exploring downtown Marburg.

On-site costs: A 100% prepayment is required upon booking. Payment must be made via bank transfer before arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Dogs allowed upon request (surcharge of €15/night). Crib and high chair: available (free of charge). Use of the vacation apartments for any purpose other than lodging, in particular any commercial use, is expressly prohibited. Any violation of this prohibition constitutes a breach of contract and a violation of the house rules. In the event of a violation or suspicion of such a violation, we reserve the right to take legal action against you. If there is reasonable suspicion of a violation of the prohibition on commercial use, we may refuse to hand over the keys. If there is evidence of a criminal offense, it will be reported to the authorities.



Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
