This cozy, well-furnished one-room apartment for two people in Scharbeutz is the ideal retreat for a relaxing vacation as a couple or on your own. The building has an elevator that takes you to the third floor. The beautiful sandy beach, spa gardens, and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Right in the apartment’s entryway, you’ll find a spacious coat closet. The living/sleeping area features a comfortable couch with a TV and a small, cozy dining nook for two people. You can spend your evening in peace on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful sea view. Sliding curtains allow you to create a private space for a restful night’s sleep. The bed measures 1.60 x 2.00 m and is flanked by two spacious wardrobes that offer ample storage space for all your luggage.
The kitchen has everything you need: an oven, a French press or a porcelain filter for brewing your own coffee, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher—nothing is missing. The modern bathroom features a rain shower, toilet, and hair dryer. All windows are equipped with blackout pleated blinds.

A parking space is available at the house. In the communal basement, a washing machine is available for a fee, and a drying room is also provided. The house offers an outdoor bicycle parking area. Wi-Fi is available free of charge! Pets are not allowed here!
