This apartment features a terrace with panoramic views, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and parking.
The complex boasts a subtropical garden with a pool (including a children's area) and shaded spots for relaxation.
A 5-minute walk leads to dunes and a Blue Flag beach. The golf course, padel tennis, and a playground are just steps away. Bars and restaurants are within 200 metres.
This apartment is designed to ensure comfort and convenience.
It includes a fully furnished bedroom with two comfortable 80x190 cm beds, automatic blinds, and direct access to the terrace.
An open kitchen, seamlessly integrated into the bright living/dining area, is fully equipped with modern appliances.
The living room features a cosy sofa bed, which can accommodate up to two additional guests, as well as a TV.
The space is bathed in natural light thanks to a large window and a door leading to a terrace with awnings and garden furniture. From this vantage point, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains, palm trees, and golf course.
Within the secured grounds, there is a reserved parking space and additional parking spots available on a first-come, first-served basis for your guests.
Access to the pool, outdoor showers, and the shared relaxation area around the pool for sunbathing or unwinding in the shade.
The rental model for the accommodation depends on the length of stay:
