Casa a Ravi: A little Tuscan vacation home dream

Ravi—the name derives from the rust-red color of Monte Calvo—is nestled among the rolling hills of the Gulf of Follonica, in the “Maremma,” as this coastal region is known. Here you’ll find an incredible variety of landscapes: kilometers of fine-sand beaches lined with lush pine forests, vineyards, olive groves, and mountainous landscapes of unspoiled natural beauty.

The small vacation home is located in the tiny medieval borgo, a village in the province of Grosseto; the house is ideal for 2–4 people: Its 65 square meters include a living and dining area with a sleeper sofa, a bedroom, a bathroom, and—in addition to the terrace—a balcony. After a short walk up the hill, an olive grove with a terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Tuscan macchia.
