This condo was perfect! All 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom. Everything was spread out nicely. The balcony has a perfect view of the ocean. You are only a few steps from the beach or the nice pool which overlooks the beach. Nice kitchen and living room space. So many restaurants within walking distance. Everything is within a short distance. I brought a friend of mine who had just lost her husband and it was such a therapeutic trip for her and myself. She kept talking about the view from the balcony and how calming it was for her. We decided it will be the place we come back to for a a bull girls trip!

The unit was great. Right on the ocean and we really enjoyed the view. The unit was very well stocked, clean, and had plenty of space for our 6 adults and 1 child. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is awesome. Parking was a bit challenging and i had to buy an extra pass from the HOA, but they told us that upfront. Parking in Folly is a nightmare anyway. Only one downside to the entire vacation. The cost. I've been going to Folly, Isle of Palms, Kiawah, and more so to Charleston for the last 40 years. Both of my kids went to school at CofC (and still live very close) I know the area. Charleston has become one of the most popular destinations in the country for good reason, it's historic and beautiful But the days of a reasonably priced hotel and meal are long gone. This opinion should not be considered a bad reflection on this unit. Book it if you have the budget.

We really enjoyed our time at the "Shaken Not Stirred" condo. The spectacular oceanfront views were a dream. The condo is large enough to accommodate four couples or two families who want to share the oceanfront experience together. That said, this condo has only TWO parking passes (you must have a parking pass in your dash, or security will tow you) and ONE key fob to access the pool area or the beach in front of the condo building. That can be difficult when multiple families share one unit, as was the case during our stay. Nearby on-street parking is NOT free. Keep this in mind if you bring more than two vehicles. The condo was relatively clean, but one of the couples who stayed with us noted the sheets smelled musty, so they washed them after their first night. I also noticed my feet got sandy walking across the bedroom floor the first night, even though we hadn't been to the beach because of poor weather. I guess this is to be expected in an oceanfront condo, but I just wanted to note it for the owners/cleaning company.All in all, we would definitely stay again. The condo was located near bars, restaurants, and shops, making it very convenient.

Great Place

Charleston choir festival and Folly Beach

Perfect location from downtown Charleston to the beach. The condo was great and the people at the Dunes were very helpful. We want to come back next year.

Folly Beach

This is the best location in Folly Beach. Close to dining, shopping and of course the beach right outside the condo. The unit was very clean and the layout was perfect for our group. Will definitely be back.

Great stay!

We will definitely stay here again! Location is good with several restaurants within walking distance. The beach was perfect and not crowded at all. Same for the pool. The unit itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Perfect beach getaway

We LOVED every minute of our stay!! We had wonderful communication from management about check in and check out. The location is perfection. The space is beautiful and well stocked. Our family had a fabulous, relaxing holiday and we will definitely be renting again. Thank you so much for a great stay!!
