SeaView 300 er en 4BR / 3. 5BA Gulf Front Condominium i Seagrove samfund på den smukke strækning af strande kendt lokalt kun som "30A." SeaView 300 er en tredje historie enhed, der giver gæsterne endeløs udsigt over bugten ud over et åbent opholdsstue, tre King Suites og en fælles pool. Hvert værelse i SeaView 300 er udstyret med et fladskærms-tv og en dvd-afspiller, hvor gæsterne kan se glæde.

Fokuspunktet på enheden er uden tvivl den åbne planløsning stue med udsigt over Den Mexicanske Golf. I stuen er der fladskærms-tv og dvd-afspiller. Spis i stil på det formelle spisebord til seks, eller tag den mindre formelle tilnærmelse og spis på barstolerne, der ligger langs køkkenbordet. Forbered måltider i køkkenet komplet med GE Profile apparater, eller spis på en af de berømte fisk og skaldyr restauranter foring County Highway 30A. Family Getaway

We took our grown children and grandchild for his first beach experience. From booking to check out the process was easy and straightforward. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and one infant. The beach chairs were a nice addition and the location is great.

Beautiful place to stay with family

Loved that this place was right on the beach! It was clean and had every amenities for cooking. The rooms were spacious considering we were a family of eight adults. Loved that four chairs and two umbrellas were set up for us on the beach everyday! The views from the deck are spectacular especially while drinking my morning coffee! The town is cute and cozy not a crazy tourist trap--mainly families vacation here. We would book again!

Awesome View!

Very, very clean!!! The beds were super comfy and the furnishings were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and more. Very convenient location. The view from the balcony was amazing! It felt like you were right on the beach. Access to the beach was very easy. The balcony had plenty of seating. Everything was perfect!! We really enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation 2023

Once we found the condo, we had a wonderful time. The beach is so pristine. It was also nice to have the chairs and umbrellas already set up each day. The condo, itself, was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook. Also having 3 1/2 bathrooms no one had to wait. Love the view from the condo, too. This will be a hard one to top for our next vacation. Thank you for sharing your home.

Family vacation

The views were amassing. However, for the price we paid it should have been more up to date. Also, there were burned out lights, the remote control to the master bedroom television did function, there were no coffee filters and not enough dishwasher tablets. Still a very nice condo.

Absolutely perfect

Clean and updated throughout. Panoramic views of the emerald coast. Beyond spacious master suite. The master has an enormous walk in closet off the bath, which is perfect if you have a little one in a pack n play. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need except a tea pitcher. Beds are soft and cozy. Enormous flat screen tv was easy to hook up our Apple TV. Centrally located—easy bike or drive into seaside or watersound; walkable to yummy restaurants like Angelinas or Cafe 30A. Quick and easy access to the pool and the beach. Comes with four chairs and two umbrellas set up with you each day. We spent half our time on the large wide porch overlooking the ocean. The view and breeze are perfect, and you’re so close to the water you feel like you’re on the beach without the sand! Lots of beach toys in the garage. We loved our stay and will be back!!!

Wonderful fall break!

Beautiful views - extra clean - very comfortable beds! The last two days of our week we were unable to spend any time on the beach because of the Red Tide so we made excellent use of the pool.

Beautiful views!

The place was great! We loved the location, the beach was perfect and the condo was just the right size for us, my in laws, and our 17 & 18 year old son and daughter. The kitchen was great, we loved the openness of the kitchen/living room. When we had an ac problem, the management handled it within hours. I think the only negative would be the living room couch. It kept splitting apart, and all the pillows were soft so it looked messy. A small complaint! One other thing, is on the last day we were there, my daughter saw a giant snake right by the gate coming in from the beach! I didn't even realize there were snakes around there so I'm glad I now know!!!

Loved it!

The condo was perfect for us. It had plenty of space, and was very clean and well appointed. The view of the beach was wonderful, with easy private access. Very cozy and fun. The condo is in a prime location, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and seaside, but quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great getaway!

Beautiful condo!

We had a fabulous stay at this condo. The view is gorgeous from the balcony that stretches all the way across the unit, and there are several sets of glass doors accessing the balcony as well. The kitchen is loaded and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for cooking. The beds, pillows, and towels are soft and comfortable. In addition to the beach, we also love the easy access to walking/riding path on 30A. There are great restaurants nearby, many of which we could walk to! We will definitely return to this beautiful condo for another beach stay very soon!

Glorious Sunsets!

The view from the 3rd floor balcony is beautiful. October is my favorite time of the year on the beach. The water is still warm, but the temperature isn't so hot and the crowds are smaller. This is a great condo for a girls trip. Plenty of comfy beds and a large comfortable sofa for lots of visiting. The interior of this condo was perfect, we had everything that we needed. I would definitely book again!

Highly recommend!

This condo is a great place for a weekend getaway or a week-long vacation. It is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone! The view from the den/kitchen and balcony is spectacular. It is right in the middle of the excitement of 30A while still feeling secluded. Highly recommend!
