Comfortable townhouse just 70 m from the long sandy beach of Ascea Marina. This recently built property is located in a quiet area and in a strategic location. The Conad supermarket is only 300 meters away, the center of Marina di Ascea is about 400 meters away, and there are restaurants and pizzerias nearby. Villa Anna is certainly the ideal destination for anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant stay just a few steps from the sea.
The house (approx. 120 square meters) is spread over three levels and features the following on the first floor: a large terrace at the entrance with a two-seater sofa and two armchairs with a small table, as well as another wood-and-steel table with 4 chairs. At the entrance, there is a small living room with a sofa and an armchair, as well as a cabinet housing the TV. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a wooden table and 6 chairs, a modular solid-wood kitchen complete with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a solid-wood sideboard, a cabinet with shelves, and ceramic countertops. The kitchen opens onto a veranda that leads to the garden, which is furnished with a large table, two benches, and two chairs, and features an outdoor shower. There is a large built-in closet in the hallway. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a bathtub. On the first floor, accessible via a comfortable marble staircase, there are two bedrooms; one features a wrought-iron double bed, a three-door wardrobe, two nightstands, and a dresser with three drawers. The other bedroom has two single beds, a two-door wardrobe, a nightstand, and a small terrace. There is also a second fully equipped bathroom with a shower stall. A large tavern is located in the basement, where we have a large built-in closet, a large solid-wood table with six chairs, and another large refrigerator; we also have two sofa beds available. The house is also equipped with mosquito nets in all rooms, a grill, and a fan. There are also two bicycles for anyone who’d like to enjoy our beautiful waterfront promenade.
