The 4-room house is for your exclusive use and offers accommodation for up to 6 guests over two floors. Its rustic furnishings and peaceful setting at the upper edge of the village, directly beside the forest, create a welcoming environment for a relaxing holiday. From the property, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

On the ground floor, the cosy living and dining area features a dining table, comfortable seating area and fireplace. Swisscom TV, a radio and Wi-Fi provide entertainment and additional convenience. From the living area, you have direct access to the private garden seating area with a stone table – a pleasant place for enjoying meals together or spending peaceful moments outdoors.

The open-plan kitchen is directly connected to the living area and equipped with a modern cooking unit, electric ceramic hob and dishwasher. A bathroom with shower and toilet is also located on this floor.

The first floor offers three sleeping areas. A combined living and sleeping room features a seating area, daybed, two beds and a second fireplace. From here, you have direct access to the balcony and outdoors. A separate bedroom is furnished with a French bed, while the third bedroom features a bunk bed.

Bed linen and kitchen linen are provided for your stay. Pets are not permitted at the property.

The house can be reached directly by car, and a reserved parking space is available at the property. The bus stop, shops, railway station and Lake Maggiore are located in Magadino, approximately 2 kilometres away.

Please note when planning your stay that guest changeovers at this property always take place on Fridays.
