The 14 comfortable Harbor Houses and 23 Dune Houses Comfort, featuring open-concept living/dining areas, lake-view terraces, and saunas, are distinguished by their unique architectural charm.
The 6 “Kapitänskajüte” vacation apartments and the 24 “Seglerhütte” vacation and family apartments, “Ankerplatz,” “Piratennest,” and “Leuchtturm” are spacious and modern in design.
The RV park offers 45 sites and a modern restroom facility. Each site is equipped with electricity, water, and sewer connections.
Lake Störmthaler is an artificial lake located south of Leipzig. It was created by flooding the southeastern part of the former Espenhain open-pit lignite mine.

Harbor House: The 14 maisonette-style harbor houses, some of which are partially elevated above the water, offer an impressive view of the harbor and lake landscape. In addition to comfort and functionality, the 73 square meters of living space are designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The large panoramic windows provide direct access to the terrace and create a warm, inviting ambiance, especially in the evening hours.
A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi leave nothing to be desired in terms of technology. A parking space is located directly in front of the house. All harbor houses can be booked for up to 5 people.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with a small writing nook and an elegant bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and sauna (infrared cabin or dry sauna). The open-concept living/dining area on the first floor features comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa for the fifth guest in the living area, a fireplace, and stylish interior design. Hardwood floors and underfloor heating round out the amenities.
