The first floor features a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and a cooking island.

The living room has a cozy sofa area, a TV, and a fireplace for relaxing evenings.

The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and offers plenty of storage space. There are two bar stools at the kitchen island.
A fully automatic coffee machine and a drip coffee maker are also provided.

The ground-floor bedroom features a double bed (160 × 200) and two small nightstands, each with a bedside lamp. There is also a dresser, a large window with pleated shades and electric exterior blinds, and a TV.

The ground-floor bathroom features a low-entry corner massage shower, an urinal, a wall-mounted toilet, a sink, a heated towel rack, a wall-mounted cosmetic waste bin, and a window with exterior blinds.

The bathroom on the upper floor is wonderfully spacious. Measuring approximately 20 square meters, it features a freestanding bathtub, a wall-mounted toilet, a wall-mounted cosmetic wastebasket, a low-entry massage shower, and a large double sink. The window provides plenty of natural light.
