This is a detached Frisian-style house with a large garden. It’s located on a pedestrian-only street and is therefore in a quiet area. The neighborhood, with its brick-clad houses, is centrally located and offers direct access to everything you need for daily life.

The covered entryway is the perfect spot for morning coffee. The southwest-facing terrace is covered and also equipped with a sunshade. It’s a lovely place to relax on both warm and rainy days. There’s also a terrace with a beach chair, a hanging chair, and a cozy seating set. The garden area with its large lawn is a highlight for children. Here, they can play soccer or badminton. Feel free to use the herb garden.

The Frisian house measures 95 square meters. It features 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. There is a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove and a corner sofa. The dining area, which opens onto the loft, is bright, as are all the rooms. The fully equipped kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, and Senseo machine—has everything you need.

A free handcart, a stroller, and a travel crib are also available for your use.

Details about the accommodations:
The living area (first floor): Large sofa made of high-quality leather, large flat-screen TV, books, and games available. Features a beautiful view of the garden. Reading nook for quiet moments with a reading lamp and a wood-burning stove.

The dining area (first floor): Cozy seating area consisting of 4 swing chairs and a large table, plenty of windows, and access to the patio.

The kitchen (first floor): equipped with everything you need—dishwasher, kettle, oven, ceramic cooktop, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and much more! Filter coffee maker and coffee pad machine.

The bathroom (first floor): large corner shower with showerhead, toilet, large wall mirror with mirror light, sink and shelf, a hair dryer with holder, a washing machine, toilet seat, and a step stool for children. Two large windows.

The bathroom (upper floor): bathroom with corner shower, toilet, sink, and a skylight for natural light; mirror with light; hair dryer with holder.

The first bedroom (first floor): large double bed (180 × 200) with separate mattresses, wardrobe, window with blackout blinds (sun- and heat-blocking), two nightstands, each with a bedside lamp.

The second bedroom (upper floor): large double bed (180 × 200) with separate mattresses. Two windows with blackout blinds that block out the sun and heat, offering a view of the garden; a wardrobe; two nightstands, each with a bedside lamp; and a flat-screen TV.

The terrace (20 sqm) & garden (approx. 400 sqm): A large garden surrounding the entire house, a paved terrace, a charcoal grill, and seating and furniture for the terrace are provided. Sunshades, a large hammock with a lying surface 140 cm wide, a beach chair, and a hanging chair are also available for your use. Ideal for families of up to four people.

One parking space is available at the vacation rental. Additional parking spaces are available on Kutterstraße.
A tip: Please always park in the direction of traffic. This is a play street, where parking is only permitted in designated parking bays. These are located directly across from the vacation home.
