North Shore Cottage og Bunk House

Vores søen hytte er 20 meter fra havnefronten med en stor brand pit med udsigt over vandet. Bunkhouse er fantastisk til børn med køjesenge og deres egen stue. 80 fod helt nyt aluminium docking med terrasse på enden giver dig masser af plads til at hænge nær vandet. Fantastisk sted for stor familie og flere familieferier. Oneida Lake har vært vært for Bassmaster Classic to gange med rave anmeldelser fra Pro's. Orm og bobber fungerer også godt. 4000 lb hhv. Aluminium bådhejsning er tilgængelig mod et tillægsgebyr. Sylvan Beach er en 10 minutters bådtur væk med sandbund, hvor du kan forankre din båd offshore i 2-4 ft vand. MEGET gradual strand. Fantastisk til børn. Vi byder dig velkommen til at nyde vores sommerhus på søen.

Annual winter get away

If you are looking for incredible accommodations for a large group this property fits the bill. Communications, comfort, well equipped, cleanliness and right on the water.

Splendid

Please do not read this review and the reason is if you do you will want to rent the home and that leaves less availability for us to rent it again. The home is splendid the location is incredible on the water and there is ample space and the bunk house is great for some separation. The host was the best and and he responds quickly. The property is in great shape. We will rent again for sure. The location is remote but there is enough around from small country stores etc to Turning Stone casino is only 30 mins away. You will love the home.

A wonderful week at the lake!

We absolutely loved our stay! The lake house and bunkhouse were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The accommodations seemed even more spacious than they looked in the pictures. The swimming situation was perfect for my 6- and 7-year-old grandchildren, and they couldn't wait to swim each day. We have stayed at several different cottages over the past few years, and everyone agreed that this was the best! We are hoping to return next year! Thanks so much to our host!

Great location

Kevin was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The house had plenty of room for 13 of us. All of the beds were comfortably. The kitchen and living room had plenty of room for all of us to hang out at night and play games or cards. The view is great, wake up in the morning and look out on the lake, we enjoyed coffee sitting at the end of the dock. Plenty of things to do in the area. The boat launch is just a few miles away. I would recommend this house and the area.

Incredible!

We had an all around great experience renting this place! The place is exactly as advertised! It has plenty of space, is up to date and recently remodeled, and is very well stocked. The owner is excellent with communication both before and during our stay! He notifed me when we got there that he would be stopping by sometime to mow that week due to rain over the past weekend. He then texted me the morning of stating he would be there sometime after lunch, and again staing he was on his way with an ETA! He was very courteous and polite with everything. We already have it booked again for next year! Would absolutely recommend 100%!!

Excellent Stay!

The house is located in a beautiful and safe area. The house is clean, well-stocked, and right near the water. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching the stunning sunsets at night over the lake. The house is also close to Sylvan Beach which has great restaurants and an amusement park open later in the summer. Further, communication/check-in was quick and easy. We definitely recommend this property to others!

Graduation weekend

Place was great. They have everything you could possibly need. Very clean and view is amazing. Just a note if you have dog allergies you should know they have a dog that comes to the house that is hypoallergenic but my husband still had breathing issues.

Ice fishing weekend

This was our 2nd year in a row at this house. Super clean, lots of beds for guests. New appliances. Just a perfect place!! And Kevin, the owner, is easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Unforgettable

We booked this space for my moms 80th birthday. There was a ground floor accessible bedroom for my dad and absolutely spacious and comfortable living space for all of us to sit together. Beautiful fire pit, and the dock has a swing on the end. There were kayaks although we did not use that aspect of the stay. WiFi and tv worked great. Place was immaculate. Our host was always available without being “on location,” & so easy going…he was perfect. Very quiet and relaxing location. We hope to return again soon. Thanks Kevin!

Lovely Lakehouse

Myself and a bunch of friends and family stayed here to have a get together for the first time in ten years, catch up, fish Oneida, and relax on the shore. This lakehouse was an incredible find, Kevin was amazing to work with and super responsive whenever we had a question about the property. 10/10 would love to rent this place again :)

Great weekend of ice fishing and relaxing

This property is a gem! Located directly on the water, perfect for fisherman and large groups. I can’t say enough about how perfect this place is. From the new and large kitchen area to the excellent WiFi and TV set up with all the Roku and streaming app’s available. We weee able to find any movie imaginable. I will be using this property again. Also - extremely clean!

Great Weekend with Family

This was a great place with awesome view of the water when you look out. We celebrated my brother's 40th with family and enjoyed the time together in this home . It was very spacious.

Great location. Owner was easy to work with.

We were in town for a few days for a concert, but in hindsight, I would’ve brought a small boat, jet skis or some watercraft (Canoes,etc) for the kids to use. It has a great dock and a boat lift right out the back yard.

Waterfront relaxation

Great place for a weekend getaway with friends and family, with waterfront access, great view of the lake. Fire pit makes for a relaxing place to end the evening, the house is Clean and spacious we would defiantly come back again

Great spot, right on the lake.

Perfect accommodations for our annual fishing trip. House is in great shape and very welcoming. Host extremely helpful and provides all the basics needed for an easy planning getaway. We will definitely be returning.

My wife and I live in nearby Syracuse NY and rent the Lake House when we are not able to enjoy it ourselves.

Everything is BRAND NEW!! Following a wind storm accident in 2018, we rebuilt what was a seasonal cottage into a year round house and attached it to the "bunk House". There is PLENTY of room to enjoy your vacation without tripping over each other or sleeping on air mattresses.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The location of this cottage literally feet from the water is what we love. There is a full view of the lake from the main living area and plenty of room outside for large gatherings. Evenings around the fire pit with the moon shining on the water is the perfect way to end the day.

Oneida Lake is 22 miles long and 3 miles wide giving plenty of room for boating activities.

We offer a 4,000 lb aluminum boat hoist with canopy for an additional $100/week. 80 feet of aluminum dock is plenty of room for your watercraft as well. There is a Marina in the same bay that rents boats, kayaks, and SUP by the day and week. The bay is sheltered by a point from the prevailing westerly winds so even when the lake is rockin', our bay is nice and calm.
