This stylishly furnished one-room vacation apartment with a balcony offers a living area of approximately 31 m² and accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by elevator.

In the entryway of the apartment, on the right-hand side, there is a kitchenette with light-colored cabinet fronts. Here you’ll find, for example, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. For your daily coffee enjoyment, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso capsule machine are provided. Straight ahead, past the kitchenette, you’ll reach the combined living and sleeping area with access to the furnished balcony. Sleeping arrangements include a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm). There is also a flat-screen TV and a closet for your vacation wardrobe. Pleated blinds and curtains in the living area provide pleasant privacy and light control. The dining table, with enough space for 3 people, is located right by the window and is perfect for shared meals. The interior bathroom, featuring a shower and toilet, is tiled in light colors and offers storage space for your toiletries. You can spend many relaxing hours on the furnished balcony.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. Bicycle parking is available next to the building. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the laundry room (for a fee). Electric vehicles can be conveniently plugged into the charging station for a fee (coin-operated machine).
