The 2.5-room apartment is approximately 54 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is spread over two floors (maisonette).

On the lower floor (1st floor) is the spacious kitchen-living room with a sleeper sofa for 2 people and a dining area. The modern kitchenette is equipped with: an induction stove (4 burners), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The attic has laminate flooring and features: a bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a living area with a TV, radio/CD player, and another sofa bed for 2 people. The balcony offers a view of the sea.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the house. A shared, lockable garden shed is available for use as a bicycle shelter.
