This approximately 50 m² two-room vacation apartment on the second floor can accommodate up to 4 people and is located in the well-maintained Seebad apartment complex.

The apartment offers guests a spacious living area with an open kitchen and access to the balcony. A comfortable sleeper sofa—rated “suitable for long-term sleepers”—(160x192 cm) serves as a sleeping option in the living area when there are more than two guests; you can store your vacation clothes in the sideboard. The flat-screen TV can be swiveled to face either the sofa bed or the round dining table. The kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is equipped with, for example, a dishwasher, a stove with an induction cooktop, a microwave with oven function (combination unit), a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a coffee maker. The separate bedroom is next door and, with its two box-spring beds (2x 80x200 cm), invites you to dream. These can also be pushed together if needed. A flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player and radio reception provides entertainment. The interior bathroom is functionally furnished and features a shower and a toilet. On the furnished west-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun from noon into the evening. Let your day come to a close with breathtaking sunsets.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. An elevator takes you comfortably to the 2nd floor. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the laundry room (for a fee). Electric vehicles can be conveniently plugged into the charging station for a fee (coin-operated machine).
