In this beautiful 2-room ground-floor apartment with approximately 51 m² of living space, accommodating up to 2 adults, you can enjoy a relaxing and well-deserved vacation.

A hallway leads you to the open-concept living area with an integrated dining area and an adjacent, fully equipped kitchenette. Spend cozy game nights here or enjoy meals together. A comfortable sofa invites you to curl up with an exciting book or relax in front of the TV. At night, the box-spring sofa bed can be easily converted into another very comfortable sleeping area (approx. 140x200 cm). The two spacious closets in the living room and hallway offer plenty of space for the vacation clothes you’ve brought along. With free Wi-Fi, you can share your latest vacation photos with your loved ones back home. From the living area, you can step out onto the beautiful, furnished terrace, where you can wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine or start your day with a cup of hot coffee from the Tassimo pod machine. Recharge your energy for the next day of your vacation in the separate bedroom with its small balcony. You’ll enjoy peaceful, restful nights in the comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm). The bathroom, featuring a shower, heated towel rack, and hair dryer, rounds out this lovely vacation home. The living room and bedroom can be darkened with electric exterior blinds.
