We're delighted that you're interested in our vacation rental in the hills of Herten.

We offer a cozy, bright, and light-filled vacation apartment in Herten on the Paschenberg.

For a maximum of 4 people + 1 baby.

The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house and measures 60 square meters.

The layout of the rooms is as follows:

Bedroom:
3 sleeping arrangements (1 double bed, 1 single bed) + 1 travel crib (free of charge)
2 dressers, 1 closet, 1 flat-screen TV.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped, e.g.:
dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic cooktop with range hood, microwave, coffee maker (coffee pods) or drip coffee maker, milk frother, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, high chair (free), children’s tableware, and other kitchen utensils you might need.

(You’ll need to bring your own ground coffee or Coffeeballs)


Bathroom:
Toilet, shower, towel rack

Living room:
The living room features a dining table set for 4 people and a corner couch that can be converted into a sleeper sofa.
A flat-screen TV and access to the 18-square-meter rooftop terrace.

On the rooftop terrace, you’ll find 1 table with 4 chairs.
1 large cantilever umbrella, 2 sun loungers, and 1 box with pillows and cushions.

For each person, we provide 1 set of bed linens (made up) and 1 towel package (1x 70x140 cm, 1x 50x100 cm, 1x 30x50 cm) for your stay.

If you need additional towel sets or bed linens, these can be provided per person for a fee of 10 euros per set.

Free Wi-Fi is available.

Parking is available in front of the house on the street.

Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

After making your reservation, please contact us to let us know your approximate arrival time.

On the day of departure, the apartment is available to you until 10:00 AM.

This is a non-smoking apartment!

Pets are not allowed!

We do not rent to party guests!!!!!

The fully renovated (2024) apartment is centrally located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The A43, A2, A52, and A42 highways are easily accessible.
The Herten train station is a 10-minute walk away.
Grocery stores are centrally located nearby.
The apartment is popular with concertgoers, e.g., those attending events at the Arena auf Schalke, Arena Oberhausen, and the Westfalen Hallen in Dortmund.
