The Haus Maxim, newly built in 2017, is centrally located on Bülowstraße in the Baltic Sea resort of Heringsdorf. Looking toward Lindenstraße, the panoramic view of the Baltic Sea resort unfolds from its hillside location. After about 500 meters, you’ll reach the charming promenade, Germany’s longest pier, and the magnificent Baltic Sea beach. Restaurants, cafés, various shopping and entertainment options, as well as all the amenities of a beautiful vacation destination, are just a few minutes’ walk away.

This high-quality 2-room apartment measures 58 square meters and is located on the first floor (on a hillside). The apartment is suitable for 2–4 people. In the modern, brightly furnished living area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa set with a sleeper function (mattress 160 x 200) for relaxing, as well as a dining area and a flat-screen TV with a built-in radio. The kitchenette, integrated into the rear section of the living area, is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, and offers plenty of space. The bedroom, which is also bright, features a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), a wardrobe, and an additional TV. High-quality mattresses and insect screens ensure a restful night’s sleep. The spacious bathroom with a window is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink/toilet, and a hair dryer. The furnished balcony, facing northeast, is accessible from the living area and offers a sweeping view of Heringsdorf. A beach chair provides a bit of privacy on the balcony.
