Located directly on the promenade in the Baltic Sea resort of Ahlbeck, Villa Luna is situated in a quiet beachfront setting where Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck merge—central yet away from the bustling centers, nestled between the two famous piers, on the island’s most beautiful stretch of beach. The sophisticated town of Heringsdorf is just as easily accessible on foot as the authentic town of Ahlbeck. Villa Luna, built around 1900 and extensively renovated about 100 years later, is a listed historic building and catches the eye of passersby and onlookers with its facade, richly adorned with numerous stucco elements.

This 44-square-meter, two-room apartment is located on the first floor on the courtyard side of Villa Luna and offers space for 2–3 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation right by the sea. The modern living room features a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The dining area and the fully equipped kitchen—including a refrigerator, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, etc.—are also integrated into the living room. From here, you can also step out onto the sunny balcony, which invites you to enjoy your meals outdoors. The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed featuring a full-length mattress (160 x 200) and a wardrobe. The naturally lit bathroom features a shower, bathtub, and sink/toilet. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment.

Upon arrival, please have a deposit of €100 ready for the remote control of the bollard that allows access to the promenade.
