Vores villa, AR305, er ideelt beliggende direkte på stranden på 3. sal i den efterspurgte Admiral's Row sektion af Hilton Head Island Beach og Tennis Club. Balkonen i vores Villa har udsigt over stranden. Kun et meget lille antal andre villaer deler sådan en unik beliggenhed. De fleste villaer, der er opført som 'Ocean View' er en meget større afstand fra stranden.

First the pros:1. Beautiful ocean front view. I loved going out in the morning before sunrise to see the moon and Venus and then the sun rise. Spent much time on the balcony.2. Comfortable living room furniture although the living room was hot since no ceiling fan. There was a box fan provided though so that helped.3. Fully equipped kitchen.4. Large shower with grab bar and plenty of counter space at the sink.5. Lots of closet/storage space.Now the cons:1. Fridge froze my salad greens so that was a waste of money. I did not see where to adjust the fridge temperature and it did not make a difference if the greens were on the top shelf or the bottom so two containers of salad were ruined.2. I have never stayed anywhere that did not have at least some dish detergent in the kitchen and hand soap in the bathroom. There was a completely empty bottle of dish detergent in the kitchen and a 1/4 bottle of water in the soap container in the bath. I had to go out and buy dish detergent which I used in the kitchen and bath.3. Hair dryer was worthless. It did not blow enough air to dry anything. I had to go out and buy a hair dryer.4. As someone else pointed out, a hand held sprayer would greatly improve the shower. 5. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, the thin sheets did not fit over the mattress/topper so they were constantly bunched up under you. 6. Not Ian's fault but it was difficult to enjoy the great balcony because of the chain smoking neighbors who al

Lovely view, very clean, multiple closets, etc. Extra blankets. Well stocked with bath towels. Efficient kitchen now includes Kuerig type coffee maker.

Wonderful time, great ocean front (not ocean view) and a great host. Clear, honest and straight forward instructions. Easy walk to beach which was perfect, not overly populated. Note fridge is small but you shouldn’t need more and the freezer is large. Shower is large too. Note bedroom is in the back and small but I don’t think you need larger with the view and access to the beach you have. Laundry is really close too. Very clean property. Ian was great with communication and setting expectations.

We had a really great stay at the 305 Admiral's Way. The place was very well maintained, location and ocean views were amazing and the host was very responsive when needed. We only had to correspond due to utility company needing to upgrade the internet and modems for the entre complex. All went very smoothly and did not disturb our stay. Location of Resort was ideal with so much to do around the area and they had a lot of fun activities at the pool area for days when you needed a break from the sand. Fitness room was as very nice. Lots of trails to walk as well as bike. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice property. Beautiful view. My only complaint is the week shower. Not easy to get clean after a day of surf and sand. a hand held shower head with sufficient water pressure and adjustable water spray would dramatically improve the shower experience.

Mom and kids

I stayed here 4 nights with my 3 children. This was my first time staying oceanfront in Hinton Head and I've been coming for many years. Usually I get 2 bedrooms, but the amazing view and ocean access made up for the smaller space. My daughters said the sofa bed was veey comfortable and enjoyed watching the ocean. There is a small fridge and a separate small freezer as well as a stove, microwave, and fully stocked kitchen. There was plenty of storage space for clothing. The unit was cleaned and well maintained. My kids are 7, 9, and 11. They LOVED the activities at the big pool like movie night, a dance party, and hairbraiding. There is also a bar, restaurant, and ice cream stand at the pool. There is beach buggy parking because the pool is just a few steps from the ocean.Hilton Head is full of amazing restaurants and beautiful bike paths and parks. This time we even went shark fishing on a shared charter geared towards kids called Captain Hook that was incredible! We found a giant conch shell, dozens of sandollars, hermit crabs, and a starfish. We saw dolphins several times and even a shark. The owners, Ian and Patricia were very kind and accommodating. They were very responsive to VRBO messages and also gave me their cell phone number. They a were able to arrange an early check in and later check out for me which was much appreciated!

Relaxing getaway

The condo was just as described; clean; good location. The view was wonderful. We had less than ideal weather but still plenty of good eating in the area and a good place to relax. Quiet in May. The owner was wonderful to work with when our original requested dates didn't work for us. Only little issue was that when arriving, the place where you were to check in wasn't clearly marked and confused us slightly.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. The place had all the amenities that were advertised. It is small, so you can't live out of your suitcase, but there is ample storage space for clothes. A one minute walk to the beach, which was convenient. The only complaint would be that the elevator is quite slow, otherwise a very nice stay.

Excellent location, responsive host

Great location right on the beach. We enjoyed the ocean front view from the room and the balcony. It was easy to take a short walk downstairs and across the boardwalk and be able to take long walks, 2 miles one way and about 1 mile the other, along the beach. Be aware the tide moves a long distance up and down so at high tide there's not much beach.Condo is well equipped, both the kitchen and beach accessories (nice beach chairs, umbrella if it's not too windy). Nice touches like good lighting, plenty of hooks and drawers for storing clothing. Bathroom had places to put your things out of the way so it doesn't have to sit out. Also some grilling tools if you want to grill at the community grilling locations.The resort has a couple restaurants, one of which serves food until around 10 pm if you arrive late like we did. Parking is easy.The host was very responsive when we had a minor problem and got it resolved quickly.

Ian Budd (owner of the property)

It was worth the money just to get an owner like Ian Budd who cares enough about your stay to go the extra mile to give you a TON of information about your surroundings! Places to go, things to do and to educate so you will not unknowingly disrespect the nature of your surroundings like the Loggerhead Sea Turtles. Although I would add to great breakfast places The French Bakery! WOW! We saw and ate at most of the places he listed and they were everything he said they were and more. Didn’t get to experience the Jazz Corner. It was on our list month before our visit but did not know you really need a reservation for that place well in advance!! The only thing I have to add is I was not wheelchair bound when I made these reservations but since have become so and this place was only just qualifying as wheelchair accessible. Tiny elevator and corridors….just barely navigable. If I could not stand to take a shower I would not have gotten one. This place was a tiny house size. (540sq.ft.) But it was manageable if you have help. AND WELL WORTH IT FOR THE VIEW ALONE! We were able to negotiate the boardwalk down to the beach without the use of a beach wheelchair…and it really was a very short walk to the ocean.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the essentials.

We were very pleased with the clean and comfortable condition of the villa. It was well equipped with all our kitchen and beach needs. The location was absolutely perfect for watching the sunrise and full moon over the ocean! We will look forward to our return:)

Great Week

We had a great time at AR305. The unit was clean and comfortable. We’ve visited HHBT a number of times and lived on the Island for several years. The north end is relatively quiet and is our preferred location.

The Condo has a beautiful setting on the 3rd floor over looking the Atlantic Ocean. Sunrises were beyond beautiful. The condo is nicely decorated, just a little dated. We loved our 3 days with nice long walks on the beach. We had a beautiful New Year’s Day BBQ dinner with our daughter and boyfriend who were staying in another unit in the same building. The Charcoal BBQ’s on site were a nice addition. We immensely enjoyed our dinner with the dusk settling in, with the sound of the waves and fresh air on the balcony. I’d also like to personally thank the owners, Patricia and Ian for letting us check out after lunch on the 2 Jan as our car was in the shop getting repaired. Thanks!🤓

My name is Ian and I grew up in England. I reside between the Cincinnati Ohio/Northern Kentucky area and Hilton Head with Debby who is also from England. I have lived in the USA since 1976 owning at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort since the 1999. I have never grown tired of the fantastic ocean view from our condo. Also, I can't say enough about all the wonderful things to do here at the resort and the incredible people who take care of us. I love to share our condo with our guests and nothing makes me happier than when I receive a note back from a guest who has just enjoyed their best vacation ever.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is located in the Folly Field neighbourhood of Hilton Head Island. This is a well established older neighbourhood that is away from the hustle and bustle of the Coligny area of the island. You can walk to everything - the beach, on-site restaurants, and some beautiful streets in the old neighbourhood lined with Live Oaks and Spanish moss. You really don't need to leave all week except to go grocery shopping.
However, if you choose to get in your car, or rent a bike, you can be at all manner of scenic areas, attractions, restaurants, breweries, and historical sites in just minutes. If you like the beach and the ocean this is absolutely the place to be. The neighborhood runs along the oceanfront. There are 5 beach restaurant/bars within walking distance of our condo. You can walk to the Folly (a Marshland inlet) in one direction and to what we call the "Rocks" in the other.

The Admirals Row A building where we are located is closer to the ocean than any other building on the property - actually closer than most buildings on the island. Our condo is at the end nearest to the beach. Located at the edge of the dunes with the ocean just steps away on the other side, you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the beach when you sit on our balcony. It's a pretty cool experience to enjoy that proximity when you get up in the morning, take a break in the day, or are relaxing in the evening. Also, I really like that we are not in a concrete jungle. We have space between low rise buildings. We have trees, vegetation, and natural dunes. I've owned in Admirals Row for over 25 years, and I'm still loving it.
