We loved our Sapphire condo and the property as a whole. View is amazing, pool is lovely, beach chair rental was a breeze and the beach is gorgeous, staff is very kind. Condo had everything we needed. Would definitely return.

Great relaxing stay

The property is arguably the nicest on the island. Our actual condo was well kept, clean and conveniently located. Plenty of room for a family of 4.We used the complex’s amenities, the game room and the private movie room.

Great property in a great location

Everything was as stated on the listing. Not crowded, secure, clean, friendly staff, close easy access to beach, close to restaurants. Owner was super easy to communicate with. Have stayed at this property many times and this was another great stay.

Lovely unit, great location.

We were within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub are beautiful, the grounds well maintained. There are chargers on site for electric vehicles, an unexpected benefit for us. In short, we loved it!

Very nice property

I have stayed at the Sapphire on multiple occasions. Most stays were with larger groups. This trip with just 5 people worked out great in this unit. Beds were comfortable. The condo was well equipped. Had one small maintenance issue that was resolved in less than an hour. Will definitely stay here again on future trips with a smaller group.

Great Condo and Property

This condo is a fantastic, clean, well-equipped condo. The Sapphire and its employees were very kind and professional. Tons of pool and beach toys and body boards in the closet was a happy surprise for our daughter. Having access to the Margarita hotel amenities next door is a nice bonus, but the pool is much better, and the atmosphere is a quieter scene at the Sapphire. Host was attentive - no issues with this stay whatsoever.

a New Year's get away

Very nice property on the beach. I can imagine how grand it is during the spring and summer prior to COVID 19. Some amenities were closed, such as the Gym . However, my husband booked a massage through the spa and found that experience to be excellent. The condo is exactly as pictured and well-quipped. Overall a very nice time. CJM

Great view.

Gave it a fourstar rating , but could easily be a five. Needs some TLC. Pigeons had taken over the deck, light bulbs out, dresser drawer needs repair, lamp missing switch, bar stools stained, globe missing in back bedroom, toaster didn’t work. Otherwise, it is in a beautiful building, great location, friendly staff, and the owner was very responsive when we couldn’t get wifi to work..

Couples getaway weekend

The condo was clean and had all the necessary items. The owner was responsive. The air-conditioning went out during our stay but fixed after a few hours. We were unimpressed with the property. The grounds had trash that we walked passed all weekend. The pool water was hot and dirty. The pool patrol threatened a $150 room charge if we didnt turn off the music playing on our phone (hand held device). The pool umbrellas were not secured, broken and a few flew into the pool. The neighboring Margaritaville was lively so we hung out there but had to pay $50 each. I was expecting high level service, more amenities from this Luxury Beachfront property.

Overall property is in disrepair!!

Walls are beat-up dirty and need painting, drapes in livingroom are so heavy they are falling out of the ceiling, whirlpool tub is not working!! Missing the basic items Keurig coffeemaker oven mitts, dish clothes, laundry soap, blankets for beds, mixing bowls, need new baking pans others are rusted! All beach, bath, hand, wash clothes are stained, dirty need to be replaced, several light bulbs are out need to replace! Missing hand towel bars in bathrooms, furniture an rugs need to be steam cleaned, stained, dirty. Kleenex none. Swimming pool was full of dirt an palm tree debris, workers at the Sapphire did very little to clean pool, we spoke to service desk and they were rude in response to pool an overall disrepair of property. 7 palm trees had been cut down, not replaced, fountains not working, patio public furniture ripped, very dark an dim interior needs painting. Overall not great not very friendly!! Thank goodness the Margarita Hotel inext door which was awesome an such friendly people an well cared for. We will be staying there next time for half the cost of the Sapphire condominiums

Andrew, I am very sorry you were dissatisfied with the condo and the Sapphire condominuim resort and staff. We want all of our guests to be 100% thrilled with their stay so will address all of your concerns immediately. In the unit, we painted last year and although we know often the walls get scuff marks from guests moving in and out, we do our best to keep them in top condition. This is the first time ever we have heard of any issues with the walls. The curtain rod was indeed slipping and we had maintenance address that as soon as housekeeping brought it to our attention. As far as the condition of linens and towels, the Sapphire housekeeping is top notch and always alert us to anything that needs special attention. I will request that they make a complete pass through the entire inventory and identify any items that are not in perfect immaculate condition. As for the Sapphire staff and resort, I know them to be super courteous and responsive, in almost 10 years at the Sapphire you are one of the first people ever to have an issue with them. I will speak to their supervisor and see if anything was noted regarding your interactions with them and see if any actions are needed. I wish you had raised any of these concerns with me during your stay when we could have addressed them instead of waiting until you had departed before you communicated any issues. I double checked through our correspondence to be certain that you had not sent any information to us, which you had not. In fact our only exchange was when you requested I give you an early check in, which I did at no charge to you. Again, sincere apologies that the property was not to your satisfaction. I wish you had given us a chance to correct things while you were there but I can assure you and readers of this review that we will be conducting a complete review of the condo and make any corrections necessary.

We had a wonderful family vacation here and made some incredible memories. The location and beach access were fantastic, and this review is intended as constructive feedback rather than a complaint.The condo appeared tidy on arrival but didn’t feel truly clean. There was a noticeable mold/mildew smell throughout our stay, and we ended up washing everything when we got home because the odor had permeated our clothes. We also found trash left inside the pull-out sofa bed.The unit is functional but feels dated and would benefit from some basic maintenance. We noticed missing fan light globes with exposed bulbs, flickering lights, scratched walls, broken cabinet pulls, a broken toaster, bathtub jets that didn’t work, very low water pressure in the showers, toilets, and washer, and a dishwasher that seems near the end of its life. Kitchen supplies were limited, the patio furniture is worn, the bar stools were dirty, there was no plunger, and there weren’t enough towels for a family of six. The “extra” pillows were old, and yellowed..The only service issue was communication. We messaged the host a couple of times but never received a response, and there were no checkout instructions.We truly had an amazing vacation, but because of the cleanliness concerns, deferred maintenance, and lack of communication, we feel a 3-star review is fair. With a deep cleaning, a few repairs, and better responsiveness, this could easily be a 5-star property.

The host was communicative until we arrived. We had several issues and still 6 days later no response from the host. Unit was clean but there were black scuffs all over the walls, master closet light flickered when it worked at all. Notified the host of this as soon as we arrived along with the fact that the balcony chair seat had a nasty bird's nest in it with one dead bird and a very sick other bird and the balcony floor was covered in bird feces. There was no remote to the TV in the master bedroom, and the toaster didn't work. It would not stay down, and you had to hold it down and still only toasted one side of the bread. I was told by the front desk that we had to contact the host about the bird's nest and the nasty conditions of the balcony. Well, he never responded. After a day or two I was able to convince a maintenance man to help me remove the nest and dead birds, but he could not clean the balcony because they had to get approval from the host. So, the balcony was pretty much unusable. Check out was at 11 and at 10:15 the cleaning crew was knocking and wanting to get in to clean. they stood outside our room for the next 30-45 minutes until we left. Felt very rushed to get out.

Loved everything about this place!

Great location, view of the ocean, comfortable bed, clean, friendly staff and owner responded quickly with any questions. Great workout room too. We plan on coming back several times a year. Loved our stay!
