A 55 m² apartment just outside Porto Heli, Ermionida, sleeping up to five, with its own private pool looking out over the sea and the mountains behind. Two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and two full bathrooms with showers and hairdryers.



The pool is the reason to book this one. It's yours alone for the length of your stay, with a terrace and outdoor furniture beside it, and the view runs from the water across to the hills. There's a private balcony as well, and a private entrance to the apartment.



Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped — fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, everything you need to cook rather than just reheat. Air conditioning throughout the living room and bedrooms. High-speed Wi-Fi that handles remote work and video calls. Flat-screen TV and a washing machine.



The master bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom and the living room each have a sofa bed. The bathtub has a bubble function.



The beach is about 2 km away. One shared parking space comes with the property and there's street parking nearby. Self check-in gives you flexibility on arrival. One pet is welcome; events and parties are not permitted. Airport transfers and car rental can be arranged for an extra fee.



Shops, restaurants, and essential services are all a short drive away in Porto Heli.
