This charming Mallorcan finca is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful holiday near the sea. Just a few minutes’ walk from lovely beaches and the famous Caves of Drach, it offers an ideal location for those who want to relax without giving up convenience.
The large 3,500 m² garden surrounds the house and makes the outdoors the true heart of the finca: unwind on sun loungers under the trees, take a dip in the private 5.5 x 5.5 m pool (with safe access for children), and enjoy unforgettable moments outdoors thanks to the barbecue area, perfect for family meals and dinners.
Inside, the ground floor features three bright bedrooms, a full bathroom, a cosy living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious private suite with its own lounge, bathroom and a terrace ideal for relaxing.
