Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the “Residenz am Meer” vacation home is located on a part of the island that features a single row of houses nestled between the dunes and the Wadden Sea. From here, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the dune landscape and the Wadden Sea. The 80-square-meter, light-filled “Hüls” duplex apartment is located on the top two floors of “Residenz am Meer” and offers a sweeping view of the unspoiled dune landscape. From the sunny balcony, you can enjoy the view of the dunes and the Wadden Sea and listen to the calls of seagulls and wading birds. The apartment features three living/sleeping rooms and a bathroom with a shower on each floor. Adjacent to the large living-dining room is the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a Bluetooth speaker, a Nespresso machine and espresso maker, a waffle iron, an iron, and two hair dryers. An LCD smart TV with a swivel arm, board games, a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. Thanks to the large windows and the apartment’s bright, open layout, the rooms invite you to relax and enjoy time together. It’s just a few minutes’ walk or bike ride to the beach, the island bakery, or the island village. You can start a walk along the salt marshes or on the dike right outside your front door.
