The light-filled living area features a cozy sofa nook with a sleeper sofa (approx. 140 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV. The visually separated sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (approx. 190 x 200 cm) and ensures restful nights.
The open kitchen is perfectly equipped for your vacation and offers not only all the essential kitchen utensils but also an oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine.
The modern spa bathroom, featuring its own sauna, walk-in shower, cosmetic mirror, and heated towel rack, provides the perfect setting for relaxation—ideal after a long walk on the beach or on cozy days when the weather is inclement.
The apartment comes with its own underground parking space (No. 14). You can conveniently store your bicycles in the bike storage room in the underground garage.
