Villa Azucena in Rincón de la Victoria is a spacious villa just 700 m from the beach, perfect for groups or families. With 200 m² over two floors, it accommodates up to 11 guests in 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The kitchen and living-dining area are fully equipped for large groups: washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, complete cookware, TV, several sofas, and a bar counter.



All rooms have air conditioning with heat pump and ceiling fans. The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi and a workspace designed for remote work, including a large monitor, keyboard, ergonomic chair, and adjustable desk. Baby amenities such as a high chair, cot, and utensils are available. Step-free access and renovated furniture throughout.



Outside, enjoy a private garden with lawn, terrace with covered and open areas, and two furnished balconies perfect for sunsets. There’s a built-in barbecue, outdoor kitchen area with fridge-freezer, drinks fridge, and an outdoor bathroom and shower. The private pool is open year-round, with a maximum depth of 2 m, wide steps, and a shallow beach-style entry ideal for children. The property offers spectacular mountain views and total privacy.



Parking is available at the door in this quiet residential area. Pets are allowed only on the ground floor (with an additional deposit). No events permitted. Extra services are available for an additional fee: beach towels, pre-arrival grocery shopping, and cleaning during your stay.



The villa is in the peaceful Cotomar neighborhood, with supermarkets just meters away. The Cueva del Tesoro is a local highlight, and the seafront promenade is perfect for evening strolls. Málaga is less than 15 minutes by car. Public transport nearby.
