Great Location and View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view are the highlight of this property. This is a corner unit with an amazing view of the ocean and two spacious lanais. The A/C is also adequate for keeping the space cool throughout the day. We did have some minor issues with the cleanliness of the dishes and the coffee pot, and it would be nice to have basic cooking necessities like salt and pepper stocked in the kitchen. Be aware that access to the Ilikai workout room is not an amenity, you do have to pay a daily fee to use it.

Mahalo for posting a review! We appreciate your feedback regarding your recent stay. It sounds like our housekeeping team missed the mark on quality control for the dishes. Please know that a quick call to your property manager would have brought housekeeping back to the unit to resolve the issue right away. Additionally, as stated in our FAQs, condiments are not left between guests for hygienic reasons and to prevent spoilage. Most of our units are near convenience stores, and your property manager is always happy to point out local options. We are glad you appreciated the location and the amazing views, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Thank you for this great and positive review. We appreciate the feedback and are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and we met your expectations, however we are confused why we received low marks of 1 instead of 5. In any case we hope it was an error with the ranking system and we will look forward to your next visit!

The view is absolutely amazing, 10/10.Communications were very good. As for the not so good - The main problem I had was with the cockroaches. They were an issue in the entire building but I saw them daily in this condo. The living area throw rug was dirty, and the baseboards need to be painted. Poor air conditioning in main bedroom. This is truly a beautiful unit but these listed issues need to be addressed.

The property manager was great! Good communication. Easy check-in and check-out process. Loved the condo! Nice 2bd/2ba corner unit. Plenty of light and beautiful views of the water and sunset. This is a busy complex and so there are a lot of people going in and out of the elevators which can get congested, but it’s never too long of a wait. Dave’s ice cream is downstairs and is well worth it.The lagoon is just behind the unit and is easily accessible. Just beyond the lagoon is the beach. Beyond the docks and the rocks, there are surfers. Just wear booties if you decide to venture in that area and avoid stepping on the rocks, since it’s covered in sea urchins.

Mahalo for posting a review of your recent stay and for alerting us to these issues. Unfortunately, a rare occurrence may happen, and we sincerely apologize. We have taken your comments seriously, investigated, and addressed your concerns. We encourage guests to contact their 24/7 on-call property manager to resolve any issues during their stay. We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for your future vacation plans.
