Du er ankommet til en ideel ferie sted på en af ​​verdens bedste strande i Florida. Du kan nyde solbadning ved poolen, på stranden eller på den rummelige Gulfside græsplænen - eller du kan være aktiv med tennis, golf, cykling, pilning, svømning, dykning, sejlsport ... du navngive det. Det er alt sammen lige her!
Så velkommen til vores nyrenoverede og nyindrettet, lys 1-værelses studie lejlighed. Pak, slappe stå på den åbne Lanai med smuk udsigt øst til back-bay flodmundinger, syd til Napoli kystlinje og vest til den Mexicanske Golf. I lejligheden har de nyeste faciliteter, herunder, konvektion / mikrobølgeovn, keramiske kogeplader, king size seng, opdateret bad, gratis kabel og en gratis sikker trådløs internetadgang.
Sengetøj, håndklæder, fade, sølvtøj, strandstole - alle forudsat. Alt du skal gøre er at pakke kufferten og hoved til Golfen.
På stedet finder du en stor opvarmet pool, 4 Har-Tru tennisbaner, gas grill, shuffleboard, hestesko, tropiske fugle og miles af brede hvide sandstrand og den indbydende varme Golf!
Inden for gåafstand enten på tværs af gaden eller ned på stranden er unikke vand-front restauranter og barer, butikker, teatre, kurbade, posthus, apotek, marina, cykler, jet-ski & bådudlejning, sportsfiskeri, turbåd og en 18-hullers golfbane.
Herfra er det en kort køretur eller 50-cent trolley tur til Publix, Ft. Myers Beach Town Center, andre fremragende restaurant og natklubber. For en særlig behandling, blot en mile og halvt væk er Lovers Key State Park - en top ti Florida stranden!
Du kan lave udflugter til nærliggende Napoli og Fort Myers til site-seeing og shopping, eller Sanibel og Captiva til naturstier, øko- kajak, strand slentre og beskydning.

Balcony had a decent view of beach. We could also see road, watched traffic and what was going on. Kinda nice to see both.There's a farmer's market across the street on Tuesday and Thursdays. One of the vendors that sell fresh fruit and vegetables are there pretty much daily. That was really nice to have. Strip mall a cross the street is starting get some restaurants, ice cream shop & coffee shop as well. All in all great stay.

We loved the fact that the condo is right on the beach, and is equipped with lawn chairs, beach towels, etc. It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. We had a very nice stay and will return.

Wonderful place and location

This property has great access to the beach. The condo was very comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable for two people.

Great place to get away

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay. Weather was great. The beach was right there for nice long walk every morning. Loved the sunsets and all the people watching from their balconies and blowing conch horns! Otherwise very quiet. People are incredibly friendly. Buses come every hour or so which is nice if you don’t have a vehicle. Overall very nice place to stay!!

Cozy condo

It was the perfect size for my husband and I for the week. It was well stocked and check in/check out was a breeze. Right on the beach with restaurants across the road within a small walk. Marcia was great to work with and gives detailed information on good restaurants in the area. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Beach Condo

My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing time at this sweet condo at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. It was well appointed and offered everything we needed for our vacation. The owner was responsive in helping us figure out the wifi and answered all questions in a timely manner.

It was great.

Drove 17 hours , stayed 13 nights and loved it all. Perfect little beach area with the condo (not crowded) tried 3 restaurants across the street and all were great. Drove down to the time square area about every other night and ate and hung out. Loved the whole trip and our host Marcia was great !!!

Great location on Ft. Myers Beach!

My husband and I stayed here for a week February, 2018. Loved the location on Ft. Myers Beach. Restaurants across the street and just a short walk down the beach. The pool, lawn and beach were fantastic. Parking was great too. The view was not Gulf front, but lovely on the balcony. The bathroom needed a couple minor repairs, but fully functional. Would stay here again!

awesome place to stay!

My husband and I have stayed at this condo complex a few times and this is one of our favorites. Modern updates include the kitchen and bathroom. The stand in shower was a great change from the normal tub/shower combo. The condo is clean and comfortable, which is very important. Great owner, great stay! As always the beach is beautiful.

Relaxing fun in the sun

Right on the beach and great for long walks. Condo was comfortable and kitchen had a variety of utensils, dishes, etc. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and bars. Timely responses from Marcia were greatly appreciated.

Great Experience

The condo was exactly as advertised. Perfect space for two people with a nice kitchen. The balcony faces east for a beautiful sunrise but you can also see the ocean. Easy access to the beach and plenty of chairs to catch some sun by the pool or on the lawn!

Warm weather retreat

Did not know what to expect with current Covid conditions, but was pleased with choice of location and accomodations. Marcia was very responsive to my questions re check in and accessing the property. While the unit is not large it was more than adequate for the two of us. Found everything to be clean and well kept. Would stay here again.

I loled the little side view to the ocean from the balcony, it was so nice to just walk out the door a few feet and you are on the beach. The beach is quite and not crowded at all. The people ooving in the condo were so friendly and considerate. The condo had everything we needed and worked well for us.

1st Time with VRBO ~ Amazing!

We were new to VRBO, and our 1st experience was amazingly perfect! We will definitely be booking again soon! Our host had such a beautifully decorated and fully furnished condo, which made our 1st experience perfect! We hope to reserve more vacations in this condo again soon! It had a perfect beach location as well as close walking distance to shopping and great dining options. Perfect beach rental

This rental was exactly as described. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive with any needs or questions. She has thought of everything that would be needed for a perfect stay on the beach. The rental was beautiful and clean. The items that she has stocked such as pots and pans, linens etc were very high quality and taken care of. We would definitely rent from her again.

Short but wonderful

Unfortunately, our 8 night vacation was cut down to 2 nights because of hurricane Ian. However, Marcia was wonderful to work with. Extremely accommodating. She offered to put us in a hotel and made arrangements so that we would be safe from the storm at no extra cost. She also said that she would work with us to come back as long as she had availability. The property was beautiful, very clean and the location couldn't have been more pefect. Our first time at Ft. Myers Beach was lovely. We are disheartened to see ans hear all of the devastation that hurricane Ian caused to such a beautiful island. We hope that everyone is safe and our thoughts and prayers are with the residents of the island. We hope to return in the future and would be delighted to work with Marcia and stay at the property again. Thank you for everything.

Property located on southern end of island near multiple great restaurants and conveniences. Quiet beach cut off from other beaches gave us a nice private feel. Room came equipped with everything we needed for stay, cooking and beach. Clean and comfy

Wonderful Experience!

This property was absolutely wonderful! It is very well decorated and offered everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Close to the beach, lots of dining options right across the street and a beautiful, clean private beach! I was born and raised in Ohio. During a particularly cold winter in 1984 I visited Ft. Myers Beach and fell in love with the area for a vacation destination.
As fate would have it, a few years later, I met my husband, Lou – who happened to be from Florida. So, I relocated to Stuart, Florida – and in case you were wondering, I don’t miss the snow and ice!
I always had an interest in real estate and shortly after moving to Stuart I became a licensed Florida broker with Berkshire Hathaway. I have been involved in the sale and purchase of vacation properties, and I understand what guests want and expect when they come on vacation.
With that knowledge, every year Lou and I spend time redecorating, updating and improving our Ft. Myers Beach condo. It's fun to look back at the improvements we have made over the years, especially now with the new fresh look.
We decided to do a major update to the condo during the last year. I had fun – Lou not so much - shopping for new furnishings and ways to update the color and decor. Lou did get to pick out the new spacious refrigerator and combination air fryer -toaster oven.
We like to come to the condo when we can. There are a lot of fun things to do at ETB and on Ft. Myers Beach. We are sure you’ll enjoy your vacation time here as much as we do.

The Gulf of America has the best beaches in the world. The surf is gentle, and the Gulf water is shallow a long way out. It’s perfect for swimming, wading, shelling and strolling. If you want more action, walk down the beach to the activity vendors – jet skis and other water sports. Boat rentals are available across the street.
Many of our guest say that they didn't really need a car here. The amenities you want are within walking distance. You can fly in, Uber to the condo and have great restaurants, fun waterfront bars, and shopping nearby. There’s a free trolley that runs to downtown and back.
Estero Beach and Tennis Club (EBT) has new amenities – pickle ball, tennis, bocce ball, & shuffleboard. Our heated pool is great place to swim laps or just float.
This location is perfect for a laid-back vacation or an action-packed one -- it's all up to you.
Our condo has a southern exposure which gives it a full winter sun. The lanai offers a panoramic view especially south along the coast to Naples and west to the beach.

Coming here is ALL about the Gulf of America and one of the world’s most beautiful beaches – gentle warm, beautiful blue Gulf waters lapping on white, powdery sand. Along the beach you’ll see birds, dolphins, fish, and shells.

You’ll have lots of choices for your vacation - do as little or as much as you wish.
Our Condo is Unique.
It takes work to get a high rating by guests. We pride ourselves in providing a clean, bright, comfortable vacation place with amenities. Our guests have enjoyed their time here and they come back. While other units have standard cable, we have HD channels, smart TV and a secure, private WIFI connection. Our kitchen has the latest appliances - especially if our guests like to "cook-in" - including a new spacious refrigerator and a combination air fryer -toaster oven.
