Smukt ombygget strandhytte i den perfekte beliggenhed! Stranden er bogstaveligt talt kun få skridt fra din hoveddør. Nyd den fredelige omgivelse af strandene på den nordlige ende af øen Amelia. Dette hjem er også inden for gåafstand fra Main Beach, der tilbyder minigolf, strandfrontrestaurant og sæsonbestemt vandrutschebane.
Dette hjem er kun en kort køretur eller en cykeltur til centrum af Fernandina Beach og meget praktisk til Atlantic Rec Center-poolen, der tilbyder offentlig adgang og en børnepark. Dette er et vidunderligt sted at nyde stranden og masser af andre gode familieaktiviteter.

Perfect Beach Front Cottage

The cottage was perfect for our stay on Amelia Island. Everything looks brand new, was spotless, mattresses comfortable, plenty of towels. It is a tiny gem among the modern giants! Exactly as listed but don't let the size fool you...you will be spending all your time outdoors anyway!

Great Weekend

The house was awesome…everything was clean and well appointed. It is perfectly located steps away from the beach, will look to book this house again. The staff was excellent and very responsive.

Great place to stay!

The property was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The Destination Amelia staff was helpful and quick to respond to our questions.We love the proximity to Fernandina Beach, the restaurants, shops, waterfront, golf courses, and beaches.This was our second stay here and we have already booked again for next year. We continue to find new adventures!

Charming home, great location!

We loved staying at this house for our beach vacation! While it’s on the smaller side it’s got everything you need and you can’t beat the location!

Incredible Stay

We absolutely fell in love with this quaint house on the beach. The size was perfect for us, and it’s location was ideal. I can’t wait to book another trip here and make staying at this home a tradition.

Perfect location! Loved being steps away from the ocean to enjoy the sunrises and minutes away from the action of downtown Fernandina Beach. Also very close to Fort Clinch State Park. I was so happy we didn't book a room at one of the fancy resorts in the Plantation area.

Great location

comfortable, clean, efficient. The star of this property is the location on a quiet beach road (in January) with beach access just steps from the back yard. Sturdy house with excellent windows means it's quiet on the inside too.

Ocean Avenue

We loved our stay! After staying on Amelia Island multiple times I decided it would be so cool to stay right on Ocean Avenue as we love the Fernandina Beach north area. This place was a wish come true!! Beautiful beach just over the dune and a wonderful beach bungalow to stay in!! It was everything I wanted. 😊

Beach Charmer

This sweet beach cottage met all of our expectations. It’s cozy, comfortable, nicely appointed and well-managed. It’s a perfect location—steps from the beach and walking distance to the park. Fort Cinch is also close, but we chose not to visit until cooler weather. We’d highly recommend this pet-friendly rental and look forward to returning,

Great Location

While the cottage is very modest-looking from the outside, it is beautiful and up to date inside. The queen bed was very comfortable, and the second bedroom would be comfortable for two (children or adults). The appliances are modern, and the kitchen was well equipped. Beach access is within 50’ of the front door. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

Our family of four and a dog just stayed for the GA vs. FL football weekend. Perfect cozy cottage just steps away from the beach. Nicely decorated and the master bed was so comfy! Perfect for our family and our dog, Ollie. He loved the beach! Very convenient to great dining in downtown Fernandina and an easy drive into Jacksonville to watch our Dawgs win! See you next year!

Great stay at the beach!

The cottage was extremely clean, nicely renovated with the ocean just over the dunes. This older cottage makes one nostalgic for when the beach was lined with many similar small houses. Amelia Island Vacations staff members were very helpful and addressed a minor maintenance issue quickly. Property was well stocked all around - and in all rooms. Cottage's private lot on the ocean with a picnic table and chairs was a real plus, and parking could accommodate several vehicles. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!!

Good things come in small size.

Very clean and modern from the inside. The outside isn't much to look at but the use of space inside is amazing. We have always stayed in larger houses so weren't sure how this will work out. This small cottage felt larger than it is. It is so close to the beach and is close to everything.

Small but wonderful

Loved the house. It is very small but perfect for a small family. I probably wouldn't want to stay here with small children because of lack of outdoor space, but the beach is only steps away. We had some issues with the AC but the property manager was very responsive and sent someone to address it right away.

Nice quite spot

This place is nice, clean with great location. Loved our stay. Only negative is the fact they expect ypu to do all the laundrty including bedfing the day you check out with a 10 am check out time plus take all garbage to road. Unrealistic to be able to do 2 to 3 loads of laundry, fold, put away and make up beds. Unless you get up at 5 am its not feasible.

Amelia stay

Need to replace worn out broom; Need safety bar in shower; Broken chair on patio should’ve been replaced before our arrival; Also broken slat in the side of coffee table in living room should have been repaired before our arrival. Would recommend a small fenced area outside for guests ‘ pet. Otherwise the property met our expectations and would recommend for others to rent for easy beach access.

Perfect beach get away.

This is a perfect spot for total relaxation. The property had plenty of room for two couples. Also ample parking for our vehicles and kayak trailer. All of the appliances were in perfect working order. The space was uncluttered, neat and tidy. The whole atmosphere of the island was slow placed and friendly. Fort Clinch was a pleasure to visit, as were the shops downtown. We rented electric bikes, which was more fun than the law should allow. We ended up riding almost 40 miles mostly on the natural canopy shaded bike path. The beach was beautiful, although not much shelling to be had. While we were there, it was also too rough for fishing. I’m sure there is plenty of both to be had nearby, but we were kept entertained regardless. If you have anyone in your party interested in skateboarding there is a wonderful skateboard park very close, along with a park for the children to play. The Destination Amelia team was very helpful and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate renting this property again, or another offered by the the DA team.

The house was cute and cozy. Check in was a breeze and the house was perfectly clean. The house was a small walk away from the beach, and close to most of the shops and restaurants in town. We really enjoyed family bonding and beach time together, thank you again!

Short trip

House is kept clean though we did find a six legged insect, king bed is comfortable no sagging, location is great. They supply plenty of white towels and bathroom has space for all your toiletries. Furniture in living room looks nice but lacking support.

Nice cozy house on the beach

Beach vacation

This makes the second time we have stayed here. It is perfect. Three adults a 5 month old and a 13 year old chihuahua. I don't want to go on to much about it so it will be available when we come back in late summer. It really is the perfect place.
