Skånende uden udgifter penthouse inkluderer en privat jacuzzi, grill og våd bar på den ekspansive 1.200 kvadratmeter ombrydes omkring privat terrasse. Fra 9. sal får du en spektakulær panoramaudsigt over stranden og Peñasco (se Gammel havn og bylys til venstre, havet foran og solnedgangsudsigt mod Black Mountain til højre). Du er så tæt på vandet, at du bogstaveligt talt kunne spytte på stranden (vær venlig ikke at gøre dette).

my family and I loved this Penthouse beautiful, comfortable, spacious enough, we had everything we needed like in the bathrooms enough towels, shampoo, soap, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed, we would definitely stay there again when we go back to rocky point. Amazing Ocean view. the pools and great gust service. The restaurant bar food and drinks very delicious.

We had a nice time for Friendsgiving here. The property was clean and very roomy with enough space for everyone. We had a total of 10 people and the property was a great size. The grill didn’t work but the property manager was quick to get someone to fix it. The beach was quite peaceful and not crowded since the resort is towards the end. Overall we had a very nice stay!

Gorgeous Penthouse and Awesome Location

We have been to Rocky Point several times but absolutely loved the Esmeralda and the penthouse we stayed in. Not only were we right on the beach but also minutes from Wrecked at the Reef and downtown Rocky Point. The penthouse was super clean and accommodated the 5 of us very well. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place

This property is by far one of the best property my family has stayed at in Rocky Point. It was clean and very spacious. The host was very helpful in helping with check in and when we had a question he responded within minutes. The pictures doesn’t do this property justice. Amazing views. I will definitely try to stay here again.

The penthouse is absolutely gorgeous with an amazing wrap around patio with spectacular views. We loved watching the sunsets from the patio. The weather was perfect. We had 5 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of room. The kitchen and family room area is open and very spacious. We had a great vacation.

Million Dollar View

The Esmeralda Resort property is on a lovely location. The apartment was luxurious with the most stunning view of a blue blue sea and breath taking sunsets of the Sea of Cortez. The wrap around balcony is such an added plus- ideal for a relaxing morning sipping coffee or an evening sunset with a glass of wine. Everything was comfortable and our host was most gracious. We are definitely returning.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Staying at this penthouse was nothing short of incredible. The property itself is stunning, with luxurious furnishings, breathtaking views, and every amenity you could possibly need. But what truly sets this place apart is the owner. When we had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere on the side of the road in Mexico, they went above and beyond to assist us, finding a tow truck and ensuring we were safe and sound. Their kindness and generosity turned what could have been a stressful situation into a testament to true hospitality. If you’re looking for a place that offers both elegance and exceptional service, look no further. Five stars all the way!

Nice place

Great place for a large family. Super comfortable and nice view. The property needs a few minor repairs like blemished cabinets and a few missing bathroom hardware but nothing that destroyed our vacation. It's on Sandy Beach which is nice. Resort is still being built so there are areas closed off and there is no welcome lobby to the resort yet. For the price it's good if you want space and want everyone to be comfortable, but because of minor repairs needed and construction going on, it did not feel as luxurious as it should.

Unit great, building so so

Penthouse was beautiful! Of note, half the burners on the BBQ worked the first night and did not work the second night. Good thing we did steaks 1st night. Also, since the building is not completed there is no lobby, convenience store or restaurant as is at the Sonoran Sun next door. Hopefully they plan to incorporate these in the final plan. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for our party of 4 adults and 6 kids.

BEAUTIFUL PENTHOUSE

This penthouse was absolutely gorgeous!! It had everything we needed! We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was the best Thanksgiving ever!! The owner was very easy to get a hold of for questions and very helpful. Would definitely go back!! The only reason i'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the grill stopped working half way through our stay. The owner did try and have someone fix it but couldn't. Sometimes things just happen that you can't help. Can't wait to go back!!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY IN THE SUMMER.

Even though the location looks nice and everything the cooling system is very very bad master bedroom. AC was not working, so we had to leave the door open to get some cool air but the rest of the rooms air conditioning unit was registering in the 80s. For the value of the property you expect the cooling system to be amazing. But it’s not. even though Rocky point was amazing we could not escape the heat

Esmeralda Penthouse

I've been going to Rocky Point once a year for more than 25 years. This condo is by far the nicest one I've ever seen. Each of the three bedrooms has a view of the ocean and that's hard to find. The furnishings are all top notch. The Jacuzzi on the deck was a first as well. The view is fabulous. The Esmeralda itself is lacking however. It's not finished, so there is no lobby and very few tenants. There is a beautiful pool but no one is using it and there is no bar or restaurant. You can easily walk onto Sandy Beach but you have to walk toward the other resorts to mingle with other vacationers. If you want total isolation and want to stay in a gorgeous condo- this is the place for you!

Best Place to Stay EVER

My family and I stayed in this condo over the Thanksgiving holiday. One word says it all - AWESOME! This is easily the nicest place I've ever stayed in! Everything is perfectly attended to from the hairdryers in the bathrooms to the salt in the cabinet, not to mention free Wi-Fi and Netflix! Boan, the owner, worked with me to make sure everything was just right. I could not have asked for a better reservation manager, condo owner, and customer service rep than Boan. My family can not wait to go again and that's exactly where I want to stay. Everyone is nice there... every one! The employees, the HOA Manager - Enrique, the property maintenance crew, even the other owners and renters staying at Esmerelda with us. There isn't anything I would change about our trip unless it was to stay longer. Thank you Boan for the best Thanksgiving we've had in a long time!

The property is beautiful

The penthouse is beautifully done. However the reasons for 2 stars are. 3 patio chairs were broken because of rusted bolts. The elevator serves the entire building and is being used by service and construction people at the complex. The wait times can be long. On Friday the elevator was broken in the afternoon. We had to walk up 9 floors with no hand rails. On Friday night and Saturday morning the water was off so no cooking or showers. The TV in the master bedroom did not work on cable. No housekeeping and one towel per person. We would not go back even though the property is beautiful.

Never thought Rocky Point in Winter would be SO GOOD!

We've always gone to Rocky Point in the springer summer--even fall but never in winter. I was skittish about going because I thought it would be cold and miserable. It was AWESOME! This condo is amazing! the views are so breathtaking I can't even describe them. You are so close to the water and at the same time you get the most amazing views. The condo is first class ALL THE WAY. We were concerned about renting this condo because we heard that the resort was not finished and that there would be a lot of noise from construction, etc. Non of that was an issue, there was no construction noise and all the parts of the resort we were in were finished and sealed off from the other parts. The resort is not finished but is is beautiful. IN fact in a way its nice that its not finished because we had the whole place to ourselves. There were enough people to where you felt safe even it being winter but not crowded. We will most definitely be back again to this condo, its one of the nicest in sandy beach without a doubt. I just can't say enough about it. One of the mornings we were there we saw dolphins swimming around, the water was calm and we could take out the kayaks. Just loved our vacations. Very memorable, everyone had a great time.

Incredible Property - Will be back!

This condo is AMAZING! The pictures, nice as they are, do not give you the full experience of a wrap around balcony on 3 sides, with sliding glass doors to the balcony from every bedroom, a huge living area, and that VIEW! This condo was perfect for our visit with 6 adults (3 couples, with everything we could possibly need! Our host Boan, was attentive and helpful with any questions we had! The checkin process was super simple, and the property is fabulous! We saw dolphins, fish, crabs, and enjoyed the water every day. There is some construction going on in the 2nd and 3rd towers, but it was never heard in the condo, and never a bother at all on the beach. You can truly relax and do nothing here... OR, if you want to cook this property has the best stocked kitchen we have found! Everything from measuring spoons to mixing bowls, blender, and so much more! There is also an option to have meals delivered, or to have a personal chef! We had meals delivered twice, and both times the food was delicious, the delivery timely, and the chef super friendly! And they even made sure I had a birthday cake (Tres Leches!) to celebrate my birthday... so sweet of our host and the dinner service! I have stayed at a number of resorts in Puerto Penasco in the last 10 years, and to date Las Palomas was my favorite. But now, Esmerelda is the place we will be heading to again and again! I would not think twice before booking this condo. Such a special experience, great beach great host!

Disappointing

I will not be staying ever again. Not all of it was terrible, The Good: The location was okay, the view was wonderful, the home with beautifully decorated and it did look like the pictures. The Bad: My bed looked like someone rubbed a glazed donut on it. Boan was quick to send someone from house keeping, however they just put the comforter in a trash bag and left A lot of things didn't work in the room, the AC wouldn't really blow in the room with the 2 beds The direct TV didn't work The remote for apple Tv had the up button stuck. The stove wouldn't turn on I had to pay a fee for having a service dog (in America that would be illegal, I don't know the laws of Mexico) -that one I knew going into and was willing to over look so that's equally on me The resort isn't done being built and construction is underway, so no restaurant or hotel bar (they have a small pool bar very basic and do offer room service) The Nail In The Coffin, at 9pm on Wednesday Sept 22th, I had two people from security knocking on the door telling me I had to let them look around the room. I let them know that I didn't believe them, nor did my grandmother. We let them look around and after they left another man came from security and said we had to let him look around take pictures of the piping and left. I booked this room for my grandmother and my parents, all older people they were scared that it was a scam to see what they had. Ending Thoughts: As an American who works for a company in Rocky Point, I go back and forth from phoenix. I can tell you for the money the standards all around should be higher.

We are a family who loves Rocky Point. Even though we live in Utah we make it a point to travel to Rocky Point every year and enjoy this amazing, magical place. Some of our most cherished memories of our children growing up have occurred in Rocky Point. We first stumbled upon this incredible place over 20 years ago. My parents were going to build a house on a lot they had just purchased. We went to rescue them from making a mistake in Mexico and ended up falling in love with Rocky Point. 8 properties later we've made it our quest to share what we have discovered with others. ​

We are not a large corporation to which you are just a number, we endeavor to help each of our guests have an unforgettable experience, a reason to come back again and again. The locations where we have built/chosen our properties are world-class. Warm beaches, courteous staff, top notch security, and guaranteed sunsets that will make you fall in love too!

We promise to provide you with all the creature comforts you are used to and enjoy a magnificent place.

This condo has all the finest things one could ask for. Every detail has been thought out. When looking at different places in Rocky point none had the level of quality in construction and luxury as this unit had. We love the jacuzzi on the terrace, at night you can get an amazing view of the moon while enjoying the hot tub. If you have a good pair of binoculars you can see whales in the winter, dolphins year round, the whole place and setting is magical.

We especially like the amazing sunsets during dinner with all the windows open, its like you are on the bridge of a cruise ship overlooking where you are going to steer your ship.
