My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waikomo Stream Villas 102! It is in a perfect location - close to 3 notable shopping areas with numerous food options, as well as some of the best beaches on the island! I often ran either to the Halona Blowhole, or to Poipu Beach to see how many turtles were resting in the morning. It was an easy drive to get to our favorite hike - the Mahaulepu Heritage Trail. There was no need to pay to visit any botanical gardens on the island - the Waikomo Stream Villas complex had tropical & lush vegetation right at our doorstep! We enjoyed eating on the back lanai admiring all of the plants. We were lulled to sleep by the sound of the small man-made waterfall right outside the bedroom window! The fans & open windows made the condo very comfortable, so we were fine without AC. Condo 102 was extremely spacious & clean, & felt more like a home away from home instead of the typical condo layout that you often find in vacation rentals. The hosts provided a generous amount of toiletries, & it was very convenient having a washer/dryer in the condo. Parking in the complex was easy, & we were able to find a spot right in front of the condo the majority of the time. The next time we're in Kauai, we would 100% stay at this condo again!

The only thing missing were drinking glasses. This place was gorgeous!!!!!!Definitely would recommend this property, you will NOT be disappointed! I would surely stay here again.

It was a beautiful place, a few things I would say need some work on . The book of everything is trashed, a few drawers in the bathroom are broken the washer smells of mildew needs a good cleaning. It needed a really good cleaning. It was a perfect location the pool was so nice the grounds were beautiful. I also think it needs more fans. I would stay again for sure.

Lulled to sleep by the bullfrogs' mating calls. Comfortable beds, clean, very nice amenities, beautiful setting, plenty of space. It would be nice to meet the owner or to even be able to communicate directly.

We enjoyed a great two-week stay at this condo.We were welcomed with fresh flowers and the kitchen was well-stocked—like home. The location is great, ground-floor and opening on a beautiful garden. Many shops and places to eat are located near-by. Waikomo Streams is a quiet oasis, and we loved staying there. The host responded to every inquiry quickly. The barbecue facility near the pool was great, and we made use of it several times. We enjoyed walking to Baby Beach and to Sheraton Beach as well, especially early in the morning and in the evening. We loved staying at 102!

Beautiful lanai with NO mosquitos, which I couldn't believe!! Quiet grounds, beautiful refurbished pool with plenty of places to lounge with clean, easy to use BBQ's. Close to all of the South side activities like Spouting Horn, Poipu Beach, Puka Dogs, Brennecke's Beach Broiler, Keoki's Paradise, Kalapaki Joe's (best Happy Hour ANYWHERE) Shopping and much more!!!

Waikomo Springs condo

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo is large, well appointed and very comfortable. Best pool ever! This condo has the best equipped kitchen in a vacation condo ever! Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay here. Easily walkable to good restaurants, coffee, stores, and beaches. The property is beautifully landscaped. Well appointed kitchen. All that said, our favorite part was enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the lanai by the little stream (Bonus! We were afraid there might be mosquitos due to the proximity to the stream but didn’t experience a single one). We highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay

Greta little place. A little older property but well maintained and had all the essentials. Very clean. Very lovely property. A quick drive to the beaches . It was great for us. Would stay again.

This condo was well-stocked as the owners thought of everything we might need and it was there. The grounds around the property were a tropical paradise, and the Sheraton beach was only a mile away. We also enjoyed that we could walk over to the shopping center or market to grab a bite to eat.

Perfect location

Very spacious condo, great backyard seating area with so much lush vegetation and a small stream with Koi fish, that was a nice little surprise for sure! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Comfortable and Loved being sung to sleep by basso throat bullfrogs

A very pleasant stay, minutes from beaches and wonderful eats in Koloa Town, and convenient strip malls for all our needs. Roosters visited daily. The Waikomo Stream Villas exceeded our expectations. Extremely well worth the rental cost.

Quiet secluded condo near Po ipu

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was fine. Easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. My wife and I spent 3 nights here after a week in a 2 bedroom condo on the beach with our adult daughters. We enjoyed our stay at both places. This place isn't right on the beach, but it's an easy walk to a number of beaches.

Great spot when visiting Kauai

We were most pleased with Villa #102 at Waikono Stream. Unit was very clean and comfortable with nice back yard with stream. Kitchen was very well stock with everything need for those time you choose to cook in. Great beaches near by and lots of super restaurant and shopping as well. Very fairly priced for all you get. Hope to visit again in the future.

Perfect understated getaway

Unit is exactly as described. More spacious than anticipated. Walking distance to beaches restaurants and shops. Host provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Would recommend!

A true gem

Spacious unit with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Wonderful, covered lanai, super comfortable bed and pillows and honestly, I didn’t miss the ac at all. Conveintent spot - you can walk to many things but you still feel like you’re in a tropical paradises.

Comfortable lodging, great location!

This lodging was a hidden gem. It is technically 1 bedroom, but the day bed is exceptionally comfortable and along with a privacy screen, functions fully as a second bedroom. A forward and rear lanai provide lovely outside space with generous searing. The kitchen stove heats quickly! The whole place is well-appointed. The host is gracious and communicates well. We loved our stay and recommend it highly.
