Surf Master by the Sea 404 er en to-soveværelse, to-bad confront condo beliggende 1. 2 miles nord for Garden City Pier. Denne lejlighed har et fuldt udstyret køkken komplet med granitbord, opvaskemaskine, mikrobølgeovn og bortskaffelse af skrald samt en balkon ved havet, vaskemaskine, tørretumbler og centralvarme og aircondition. Andre faciliteter inkluderer tre tre fladskærms-tv (kabel), DVD-afspiller, stereoanlæg med CD-afspiller og Wi-Fi. Sovepladser inkluderer en konge og to enkeltsenge senge plus en sovesofa. Still have issues with people hoarding the luggage carts. As of noon on Friday there were no carts for use and no one around using them. The room was nice, clean, and has a great view.

The kitchen has everything that you need.excellent location right on the beach. The amount of light in the condo is disappointing as the windows are covered with a film. The porch furniture is comfortable. The direct sun on the porch is from about 10 am to 2 pm. There were major problems with the elevators in the building. One elevator was shut down completely for the entire stay and there were lng waits for the second elevator. We were trapped in the “operating elevator” for approximately 10 minutes. Garden City Realty maintenance, Kelly aided us in contacting the management company to get us out. One full day had NO elevator for the entire day therefore my guests were unable to get out as they were unable to use the stairs.

The listing failed to inform me of maintenance on the balconies. Management did move me to an identical unit in the south building so the week was still wonderful. The unit was beautifully decorated.

Great apartment, dangerous nights on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apt was perfect for our little ones and had plenty of kitchen supplies to make life easy. Beach is right in front of the property and fun to use. Basically, you must purchase one of their beach umbrellas (comes with two chairs for $35/day) to get a good seat on the beach. One drawback was the nightly beach fireworks. It was loud, but most importantly very dangerous! I think there is an ordinance at our property banning this, but we only walked on the beach one evening and felt like we were surrounded by vacationers experimenting with the use of fireworks easily purchased in town. They were not responsible and one nearly clipped us. That was a disappointment. At other beaches, we took the little ones to the beach at night frequently.

Our ball team wanted an affordable oceanfront experience that everyone could enjoy. Mary was spectacular booking our individual reservations I’m the same building at the Surfmaster. Nobody had a single complaint! It was clean, spacious, had incredible views, a wonderful seafood restaurant within walking distance on the beach and less chaotic than the strip. The location was perfect for us. I highly recommend the Surfmaster to families of all ages and sizes.
