I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very comfortable, king size bed was good, the singles were ok for light weighted people. Kitchen was very well equipped. Very close to the entrance to the beach. Walls are thin so noisy when full occupancy. Would have preferred a balcony with morning sun to make the condo brighter.

Nice condo experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental process was easy to follow and very convenient to check in and out. The condo was extremely clean and the linens freshly done. My only complaint would be the internet service was a community service and extremely slow. If you’re planning on doing that kind of surfing, better bring your hot spot. However, overall great experience and would stay here again.

Vacation experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Garden City multiple times and this is the first time we stayed on the second row. The rental was clean and convenient to the beach and the pier the walk was a little long to the pier but not for my family. There were adequate kitchen supplies for us to use but kitchen space was small. Even though that was a problem at times we will not let it keep us from staying there in the future
