Smuk 1 værelses lejlighed, meget lyse og rolige. Vi er fuldstændig renoveret, med nyt badeværelse, køkken, gulv. Faktisk har vi ikke engang billederne taget. Udstyret med alle detaljer til at tilbringe et godt ophold. I det historiske centrum af Malaga, et par minutters gang fra Picasso-museet, nær stranden, restauranter, butikker.
Priserne er sat til 2 personer, undtagen i juli og august, som er faste. Prisen for 3 15 / euro / nat / person.
Hvis du har brug for det, har vi parkering til rådighed på 2 minutter, ved 10 euro pr. Nat, spørg os om din pris.

Great host and perfect location for exploring the region.

Maria was a great host who wants to make sure every guest enjoys their time in Malaga. The location is perfect for exploring the region. A short walk to the bus and train stations as well as light rail and the pick up point for tours to Gibraltar. I would stay there again. Shower has great water pressure too!

Nice week in Malaga

A nice, clean, well equipped apartment in a convenient location in Malaga. Close to everything on a street that is very quiet in the evening and night. The host was very helpful and accessible to answer any questions we had.

Perfect Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria’s apartment. The property was exactly as anticipated and everything you would need for a short or longer stay was provided. The location is very close to subway and train for exploring, short walk to beach and restaurants for relaxing. Maria was an excellent host, very responsive to your needs.

Excellent location and great place

This was a wonderful little apartment in the perfect location for anyone looking to be in the middle of Málaga. Walking distance from all parts of town, or a short ride depending on your preference. Clean and fully stocked with everything you need. Host is very accessible and there for you if you need. Me and my husband felt extremely safe and the area is so beautiful. Perfect location and highly recommend this location.

Everything you need

Well appointed flat perfect for a couple's short stay. Location is about perfect for walking to most of Malaga's attractions including the fresh market, good restaurants, beach, gardens and hill top views. Not to mention the proximity to the tram that goes to the airport in just over 10 minutes and runs very frequently. The hostess, Maria, is very accommodating and helpful and made the check-in and out stress-free.

An enjoyable stay in Perchel

We had two very comfortable and enjoyable weeks in this delightful apartment in Perchel . We liked the area and we found it most convenient for going to and from other areas in Malaga. We were also near to the main train station, the communter station, and the main bus station when we wanted to visit other places in Andalucia. We were well looked after by both the apartment manager and our host. We would recommend this apartment.

Perfect Location

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Everything we needed for a two week stay was provided. The location is easy walking to all the major attractions in Malaga. Our host Maria, could not have been any more gracious. Everything was explained and she was just a text away if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Little gem

Ideally situated apartment, short walk into the city centre. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. Maria couldnt have been anymore helpful, gives you lots of information at the handover. Apartment is very secure, 2 doors to get through before you come to the apartment. Good internet as well.

Perfect urban retreat

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this flat in Málaga. Our host was extremely helpful and this compact apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need, including basic condiments for cooking. The wifi has also been upgraded, which made it very convenient for communication and researching all the places we wanted to visit. The location is ideal; you can easily walk to the port or the historic district and there are shopping options everywhere. With the train and bus stations only minutes away on foot, it was easy to get to/from the airport as well as to arrange day trips to Granada, Seville, Cordoba, etc. We would return in a heartbeat!

There are no wineries; it is a city experienceMaria has been told about the issue with the ventilation of the bathroom and the resulting effects and we hope she will attend to it quickly so that other guests do not have the "issue" we had on our visit. I am being cryptic on purpose because the "issue" is not verified; however, it resulted in a disappointing stay.

convenient and well-equipped

Cute, sunny apartment. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking - dishwasher a plus. Shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. Small patio, though we couldn't use due to rain. Nice neighborhood a short walk to main tourist areas, with excellent restaurant choices a few minutes' walk away. 5 minute walk from train station and Mercadona supermarket. El Carmen market a couple of blocks away for all your fresh produce needs -- and a parking garage next door where the owner provided parking at a reasonable weekly rate.

Perfect location and a nice host

The apartment has a perfect location, away from the noise of the city, but close enough for a short walk to the city. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, almost like home. Maria is the perfect host. She gave us a warm welcome, gave us useful information and advice about the apartmen, the neighbourhood and Malaga in general. She followed up during our stay and showed interest in our wellbeing. It was also easy to get in contract with her during our stay. She was also very helpful with organizing our transport from and to the airport. We recommend this apartment to future visitors to Malaga.

a great, comfortable apt. in the heart of Malaga. a short lesiurely walk to must see sights

We spent a terrific month (March) here. The apartment had everything we needed. Comfy bed, extra linens, lots of hot water and reliable WIFI. Maria was a gracious hostess. Gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apt. And was there to meet us. She gave us a map of the city. Explained the bus system. Pointed out some of the must see sights. Suggested restaurants. Also gave us suggestions on travelling out to Granada, Nerja etc. We had a great time and will definitely return and would love to stay here again. Thank you Maria

Everything we needed!

The apartment is well provisioned and had everything in it for a comfortable stay for a week, including beach towels, sunscreen, a hairdryer, pots and pans, coffee, extra blankets and pillows, plus city maps and travel guides. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the private patio. Water pressure is excellent in the bathroom. The location was perfect for what we needed, easily walkable to the city center, close to the train/bus station and near some restaurants and supermarkets. It’s a mostly quiet street (when the windows are open you can hear occasional cars and motorcycles going by). Maria was very accommodating for our arrival and had several excellent recommendations for our stay. Extremely clean, well-cared for apartment that was a perfect home base for us for the week. We had an excellent time and would choose this apartment again.

Well situated for major sites, transport and facilities all within short walking distance.

Long weekend. Quiet one way street. Had to contact host via Vrbo as the shower had no hot water and was resolved in under one hour. Well equipped kitchen. Bonus patio/airwell off kitchen with washing machine, table, one chair and potted plants. French windows let in plenty of light with drapes for privacy. Double door entry followed by 7 steps to reach lift to apartment on first floor. Two sets of keys. Comfortable contemporary apartment. Accommodating host.

We had an excellent stay, but we had a few things to figure out when we first arrived. Accessing the key was a little confusing, but we finally figured it out. The lockbox was located inside a locked entrance, but there was a little window to push open so that I could put the code into the lockbox and get the key. That took a minute to figure out. Once inside, we could not figure out how to turn on the air conditioning. First, there was a box in a closet where we had to put in a euro in order to operate the air-conditioning. Even then, we had to stand on a chair and figure out which buttons to push to get it to turn on. It didn’t work that well. Then we were trying to figure out how to turn on the fan in the bedroom, but the remote didn’t have any batteries. So she told us to take the batteries out of the TV remote and put it in the fan remote. It would’ve been good to have some directions and information written out in the unit for reference. Then the hot water suddenly stopped working. She had to come over for this one. The hot water heater was run by propane, and the propane tank had to be switched to a new one. All of our questions were resolved, but it took some time. The unit was in a good location, it was clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

Cuisine bien équipée, tranquillité et sécurité des lieux, proximité avec le centre ville, accueil chaleureux de la proprio. Très bel endroit pour visiter Malaga et ses environs. À recommander.

Sejour agréable, appartement bien situé proche du centre mes une seule precision n'est pas signalé sur le site ces que l'appartement dispose bien d'une climatisation mes il faut mettre 1 euro pour 3h de clim dommage que cela ne sois pas compris dans le pris surtout en pleine été

Siento que no viese en el apartado de descripción del apartamento lo relativo a nuestra clausula eco-friendly (1€/3h, con ello pretendemos fomentar el uso consiente del AC) Ustedes manejaron bien el control del calor en el apartamento con las persianas y gastaron una media de 2€ diarios. Son bienvenidos siempre que deseen volver a visitar Málaga

Wunderbare Wohnung mit einer sehr guten Lage in Malaga. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes mit Maria war reibungslos.
