Denne smukke to-etagers, 3-værelses, 2-1 / 2 bad, 1.875 kvadratmeter byhus ligger på Nihilani i Princeville, et spektakulært nyere feriested med prisvindende beplantningstilbyer. 

Beliggende i en frodig haveindstilling og kun få skridt fra feriestedets tropiske pool og liggestole på poolen, kan det være din base for alle de aktiviteter, Kauai har at byde på. Eller lykkeligt hænge ud på feriestedets pool eller på din private Lanai.

Det store soveværelse er en din egen private hide-a-vejs med rummelig Lanai, privat kontorlokaler, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bad med separat bruser og badekar.

Hver af de to andre soveværelser er også udsøgt udsmykket med dronning senge, Hawaiiana hånd og tropisk udsigt knyttet via et Jack og Jill badeværelse.

Great condo!

We had a lovely time at this condo, with fabulous Air Conditioning, lots of space, a breezy lanai and shared pool. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was gorgeous and never too crowded. We even used the communal BBQs to prepare a pool side dinner one night. The condo was everything we were hoping for, with a lot of great beach accessories in the garage. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect Princeville Getaway

Just returned from a week at this lovely Townhouse. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom with a lanai off the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need for a weeks vacation- although we did not cook anything! It is perfectly located off the main road in the Princeville Resort but very quite with no road noise. My kids enjoyed the pool and the Wi-fi. It was hard to leave and we can't wait to return!

True to the Listing

This place was exactly as described and as other reviews have said. We loved the unit. It has everything you need. It made for a good base camp for exploring the north shore. My only note is that I would not count on using the futon as a sleeping space. The futon itself is on it’s last legs and looks as if it’s about to collapse. We truly did have an amazing time there. Thanks.

Loved the location as it was so convenient to all our favorite beaches and centrally located for morning walks around Princeville. We had 5 people and had plenty of room. Complex was quiet, well maintained with a nice pool and bbq area. Only suggestion would be to provide newer pillows in the master and some extra pillows in general.

Wonderful stay in Princeville

This was a beautiful, two story house. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The neighborhood was beautiful. The location was great if you plan to stay in Princeville but to get to other parts of the island, the drive was slow and long. The futon was old and not great to sleep on. The other bedrooms were great. The bed in the main room was HARD. Not ideal for side sleepers. But the bathroom was huge and the closet was a dream. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at this house and would love to visit again some day.

The kitchen was well stocked and we thoroughly appreciated the beach supplies! Walking/running routes were easily accessible and so many beaches just a very short drive! The pool was refreshing and grills easily accessible. We prepared some memorable seafood dinners in the grill area! We would recommend the location to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean “home base” with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen to prepare meals at home, and beach gear for relaxing days in the sunshine!

It had everything we needed for our stay, including a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. There were a few minor glitches (the ice maker was not working, etc.) but the rental agency took care of it right away. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning was definitely a plus. The condo is in Princeville on the beautiful north shore and made a great home base for our daily outings and explorations. There are plenty of beach towels and a couple of chairs and sand toys in the garage. We will definitely look to Hawaii Life again for our next Hawaiian vacation rental.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented this condo for the month of December 2015. We come to the island frequently because our son and family live here. Overall the unit is in a nice setting, pool is close and great and the physical layout of the unit is very good. But it is obvious the owner has not put a dime in the unit since it was built. Housekeeping was not great. Several things like VCR's did not work. Throw rugs were disgusting as were the covers on the patio furniture. My son and other family came to visit frequently and there is no place to park - wish Hawaii Life had told me this up front - I would not have rented here. Overall not a bad experience but we would not return.

Would Not Recommend This Condo or Management Company

It was not well maintained, the AC didn't work and it got well over 80 degrees every day, we had sliding doors that were so rusted they came off the track every time they were used, we had rusty patio furniture that ruined our clothes, the walls in the town home were all dirty, the master shower had mold and mildrew in all of the corners that someone tried to cover up with white caulk and Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers didn't fix the AC during our entire 12 day stay, it was miserable. Eric Rafter at Hawaii Life has told me several times I would be getting an adjustment to the rent I paid, but I have yet to see it and we left three weeks ago. This is a reflection on VRBO also that they'd allow a rental in this state of disrepair in their inventory, particularly for the type of rent that was required. Don't Stay at 26A, it's in terrible condition!

Reviewer Comments: Pros: Great location, nice pool and spa area, close proximity to Hanalei Bay, St Regis, Hideaways Beach, Anini Beach, walking paths & golf. Checking in was easy and smooth. The property was beautiful and clean. Two rooms had walk-in closets. Cons: Garage door didn't work properly. The garage door only rolled up about 2/3 the way. A few times, it didn't shut or roll up at all. Our SUV rental wouldn't fit unless I manually rolled up the garage door.Parking is poor. We had two rental cars that barely fit into the garage (made even more difficult with the garage door not opening all the way). There is limited guest parking and absolutely no overflow/street/driveway parking. If you have two large vehicles or more than two vehicles, you're out of luck. We temporarily parked in a "guest" spot for about 4.5 hours and we had a warning ticket on our car window. The ice dispenser didn't work at all. The cable did not work on all three televisions. The main television in the living room wasn't a smart TV, so we were not able to use the TV in the living room. We didn't come here to watch TV, but we have two kids and the TV would have been a nice distraction a few times while we cooked or cleaned.Wish there were more dishes and place settings. We had to run the dishwasher pretty frequently because we kept running out of certain things, like bowls and plates. The room that was advertised as an office/media room did not have a door on it. We saw the futon in the advertised picture and assumed the room had a privacy door, like it was a bonus 4th bedroom. We were planning on having our 18 month old sleep in this room, but the room was wide open to the upstairs hallway and it didn't work out for any of us to sleep there due to the noise/lack of privacy. It was a beautiful unit in a great location, but the parking/garage was a headache. It was disappointing to find out that the cable and ice dispenser didn't work con

Great time

The property is very clean, comfortable and quiet. No view at all but the courtyard was nice. We would stay there again. The surrounding beaches and sights are amazing. Beautiful. Great base camp.

Great experience!

My family and friends stayed for 9 days and we loved it! The condo was exactly as described and then some. We had everything we needed...even some beach gear! The view from the Lanai is gorgeous and of course there are the chickens running around. We will definitely stay again!

Comfortable stay

House had everything you need including beach stuff. We didn't cook except for breakfast. Not walking distance to shops and eating places. Nice area. Only cable in Living room, otherwise you need your own subscription service to use the tv in rooms.

Princeville condo

Stayed 4 weeks in beautiful AC condo in Princeville. Fully equipped facility except for beach chairs and extra linens. We would definitely recommend this condo.
